Of course! In Wizard101, Level 98 is a major milestone for several schools, as it's when you unlock your Shadow-Enhanced Spells (also called Shadow Spells or Shadow Shrike spells). These are powerful, single-target attacks that also apply a unique universal damage boost/debuff. Here is a breakdown of the Level 98 spells for each school: Universal Mechanic: Shadow Shrike Before the damage, each of these spells casts Shadow Shrike on the target for 3 rounds. What it does: All attacks against the target gain +25% Pierce, and the target receives +25% Incoming Damage. This effect is universal, meaning any wizard (or even minions) hitting the target gets the benefit. Visual: The target is surrounded by a dark, spiky aura. School-by-School Level 98 Spells Fire: Raging Bull Effect: Deals 1070 Fire damage to one target. Then, deals 250 Fire damage to all enemies. Strategy: Excellent for finishing a single target while softening up the others. A staple in Fire's arsenal. Ice: Angry Snowpig Effect: Deals 960 Ice damage to one target and puts all enemies into a -25% Ice Blade debuff for 4 rounds. Strategy: More supportive than pure damage. Cripples the enemy team's Ice resistance, setting up for a huge Ice hit from you or a teammate. Storm: Rusalka's Wrath Effect: Deals 1170 Storm damage to one target. Strategy: The hardest-hitting Level 98 spell. Pure, unadulterated damage. Storm's classic "hit big" philosophy in spell form. Myth: Orthrus Effect: Deals 955 Myth damage to one target, and then repeats the same 955 damage to the same target (similar to a double hit). Strategy: Effectively deals 1910 damage, but split into two components. This is great for breaking through multiple shields. Life: Gnomes! Effect: Deals 960 Life damage to one target and heals all allies for 400 health. Strategy: Perfect for the Life wizard's hybrid role. Deal significant damage while providing crucial team sustain. Death: Call of Khrulhu Effect: Deals 1010 Death damage to one target and heals the caster for 505 health. Strategy: The quintessential Death spell. Massive damage paired with a large self-heal, enhancing solo and tanking capabilities. Balance: Nested Fury Effect: Deals 960 Balance damage to one target. The damage is increased by 10% for each unique school of enchantment on the caster (including Balance). Strategy: The most strategic of the set. Requires setup with various school blades (from gear, pets, or spells) to reach its maximum potential damage. How to Get These Spells: Reach Level 98. Quest Grant: Shortly after hitting Level 98, you will automatically receive a quest from your school professor (or a key NPC) to learn the spell. For most schools, this quest is "The Final Bastion" and involves a quick trip to the Aeroplague in Dragonspyre. Completion: The quest is very short (usually just a dialogue or a simple fetch step) and rewards you with your new spell card permanently. Importance & Use: These spells are not just your strongest single-hit at that level; the Shadow Shrike effect makes them incredible opening moves for boss fights. Casting it on the boss first round significantly boosts your entire team's damage output for the next three rounds, breaking through high resistances. Pro Tip: Many wizards continue to use these spells well into max levels (160) specifically for the Shrike utility, even if higher-level spells have bigger damage numbers. So, congratulations on approaching 98! You're about to unlock a game-changing tool for your wizard's toolkit.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
