Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

In World of Warcraft (WoW), Yggdrasil is not a direct reference but shares thematic similarities with the World Tree concept found in Warcraft lore. Heres how it connects: Nordrassil The Original World Tree - Located in Mount Hyjal, Nordrassil is the first and most famous World Tree in Azeroth, grown from a seed of the Mother Tree, G'Hanir (from the Emerald Dream). - It was blessed by the Dragon Aspects (Alexstrasza, Ysera, and Nozdormu) to grant the night elves immortality and protect Azeroth. - Played a key role in the War of the Ancients and was damaged during the Third War (Warcraft III). Other World Trees in WoW - Teldrassil: The second World Tree, created by the night elves without dragon blessings. It was corrupted and burned during the Battle for Azeroth pre-patch. - Shaladrassil: A corrupted World Tree in Valsharah (Legion expansion), tied to the Emerald Nightmare. - Vordrassil: A failed World Tree in Grizzly Hills (Wrath of the Lich King), corrupted by Yogg-Saron. Yggdrasil in Mythology vs. WoW - In Norse mythology, Yggdrasil is the cosmic tree connecting the Nine Realms. - WoWs World Trees serve a similar purpose, linking Azeroth to the Emerald Dream (a realm of untouched nature). Possible Inspirations - WoWs lore borrows heavily from Norse myth (e.g., Ulduar, Titan Keepers like Odyn). While the name "Yggdrasil" isnt used, the concept of a life-sustaining, realm-connecting tree is central. Did You Mean? - If youre looking for Yggdrasil in WoW, you might be thinking of Nordrassil or the Emerald Dreams G'Hanir. - Alternatively, some fan theories or custom RPG servers might use "Yggdrasil" as a name for a homebrew world tree. Would you like details on a specific World Tree or its related quests?

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
