Of course! Star Spells in Wizard101 are the spells of the Myth School, known for their focus on minions, manipulation, and disruptive effects. The name comes from the school's symbol (a crescent moon and star) and the star-shaped animation that often appears when their spells are cast. They are distinct from "Star" magic from the Astral School (which are Sun, Moon, and Star cards that modify other spells). Heres a comprehensive breakdown of Wizard101's Star (Myth) spells: Core Identity & Playstyle Minion Masters: Myth wizards can summon a variety of minions to fight alongside them, drawing enemy attacks and providing support. Control & Disruption: Many spells "stun" (make an opponent lose a turn) or remove positive charms (boosts) from enemies. Piercing Damage: Myth spells are known for having high pierce or using spells that destroy enemy shields, allowing their damage to get through. Double Hits: A signature mechanic is spells that hit two targets (e.g., Cyclops, Orthrus), which is efficient for clearing multiple enemies. Key Star (Myth) Spells by Level Early Game (Levels 1-30) Imp (Level 1): The starter spell, a small single-target hit. Troll Minion (Level 5): Your first minion, a melee attacker. Cyclops (Level 12): The iconic early-game spell. Hits one target, then another for slightly less damage. Stun (Level 18): A zero-pip spell that stuns an enemy for one round. Key for disruption. Minotaur (Level 22): A single-target hit that also removes one positive charm (like a Blade) from the enemy. Bloodbat (Level 26): A two-hit attack on a single target. Mid Game (Levels 30-60) Orthrus (Level 48): The quintessential Myth spell for decades. Hits one target, then another with significant damage. A major power spike. Minotaur Minion (Level 38): A stronger minion that can use Taunt and powerful attacks. Earthquake (Level 58): An Area-of-Effect (AoE) that hits all enemies and removes all their positive charms and wards (blades and shields). Incredibly disruptive. Late Game & Shadow Magic (Levels 60-100+) Basilisk (Level 70): A single-target hit that also stuns the enemy. Mystic Colossus (Level 76): A powerful single-target spell. Caterwauling Blimp (Level 100): A 7-pip AoE that stuns all enemies. Snappy Gryphon (Level 108): A powerful AoE spell. Mystic Lambent Force (Level 140): A single-target spell that deals high damage and applies a Mantle (a special shield) to yourself. Minion Focus Spells Golem Minion (Level 42), Cyclops Minion (Level 66), Talos (Level 88): Progressively stronger minions. Minion Interaction Spells: Like Shatter (destroy a Prism) or Empower Minion (give pips to minion). Myth School Signature Mechanics Stuns: Temporarily skip an enemy's turn. Pierce & Shield Destruction: Built-in ways to ignore or destroy defenses. Double Hits: Efficient, focused damage. Charm Removal: Stripping enemy buffs with spells like Minotaur and Earthquake. Star (Myth) as a Secondary School Myth is a popular secondary choice for wizards who want: Earthquake for PvP or specific PvE situations to remove enemy buffs. Stun for its low-cost control. Minotaur (or later, Orthrus) for a strong, reliable single-target attack if their primary school lacks one. Important Note: Astral "Star" Magic (Often Confused!) This is a common point of confusion. Astral School spells, trained in Celestia, are also called Sun, Moon, and Star magic. These are not damage spells, but Enchantment Cards that modify your other spells: Star School Spells (Astral): These include Critical Block cards, Auras (like Fortify or Empower), and later, Shadow Magic enhancements. They are utility cards you add to your deck. In short: "Star Spells" (colloquial) = Myth School damage/control spells. "Star Magic" (official Astral) = Utility enchantments and auras. Summary Myth wizards (Star School) are versatile controllers and summoners. Their toolkit allows them to adapt to many situations by disrupting the enemy's strategy, breaking their defenses, or overwhelming them with minions. While their classic playstyle revolves around Orthrus and minions, their late-game spells offer powerful AoE options and control that makes them a formidable school in all aspects of the game.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
