wizard101 life spells
Of course! Life in Wizard101 is the school of healing, nature, and resilience. While known as the premier healing school, it also has powerful offensive spells, especially those that hit multiple enemies. Heres a comprehensive guide to Life spells, categorized by their function and where you learn them. Core Philosophy Life wizards are durable support specialists. They have the highest health and the best healing spells in the game. Their damage is steady and reliable, often with built-in healing effects. They are highly sought-after for difficult dungeons and boss fights. Damage Spells (Hits) Life's damage spells often have a healing component or deal damage to multiple enemies. Early Game (Avalon & Before): Imp (Starter): Small single-target hit. Leprechaun (Level 2): Single-target hit with a possible small DoT. Serpent (Level 22): A unique "pass-through" spell that hits one enemy, then continues to hit the next. Centaur (Level 16): The first reliable, solid single-target hit. Forest Lord (Level 58): The landmark spell for Life. A powerful 4-pip AoE (hits all enemies) that is your primary farming tool for most of the game. Mid to Late Game: Spinysaur (Level 76): Strong single-target hit with a Lifeblade trap placed on the enemy. Gnomes! (Level 100, Polaris): A 7-pip AoE that deals good damage. Hammer of Thor (Level 108, Mirage): Massive single-target hit. Wings of Fate (Level 130, Empyrea): Single-target hit that applies a Heal Over Time to your entire team. Shadow & Star Spells: Luminous Weaver (Level 120): Shadow-enhanced spell; single-target hit that then gives you a Lifeblade and a Life Trap. Goat Monk (Level 140, Karamelle): 6-pip AoE that removes a charm from each enemy before hitting. Arbor Master (Level 150, Novus): Massive 8-pip single-target hit that steals a ward and applies a universal trap. Healing Spells This is Life's signature strength. Self & Team Heals: Sprite (Level 4): Small single-target heal with a possible small HoT. Fairy (Level 10): Reliable, efficient single-target heal. Guiding Light (Level 38): The quintessential Heal Over Time (HoT). Cast it on yourself or an ally for several rounds of healing. Dryad (Level 74, Celestia): Large single-target heal that also removes a Damage Over Time effect. Pigsie (Crafted Spell, from Recipe in Wysteria): Arguably the best 4-pip AoE team heal in the game. A must-have for support Life wizards. Rebirth (Level 78, Avalon): Massive 7-pip AoE heal with a powerful HoT component. The ultimate "rainy day" heal. Absorbs & Sacrifice: Sanctuary (Level 56, Sun Spell): Global aura that boosts all incoming healing for your team. Unicorn (Level 20): Weaker AoE heal, often outgrown. Sacrifice (Level 46): Heal an ally by sacrificing your own health. A strategic, high-risk spell. Blades & Traps (Enchantments) Lifeblade (Level 12): The standard 40% damage boost for Life spells. You get a Trained version and a stronger Item Card version from your school trainer. Life Trap (Level 32): Places a 30% trap on an enemy. Spirit Blade (Level 35): A 35% blade for Life, Death, or Myth spells (usable by anyone, but Life gets it for free). Spirit Trap (Level 50): A 25% trap for Life, Death, or Myth spells. Utility & Control Spells Triage (Level 44, Sun Spell): Removes a Damage Over Time effect from an ally. Mass Triage (Level 100, Polaris): Removes a DoT from all allies. Dispels: Locust Swarm (Level 26) removes a positive charm (like a blade) from an enemy. Minions: Life has several minion spells (e.g., Myth Sprite, Treant), though minions are rarely used in modern high-level play. Conviction (Level 55, Star Spell): Aura that gives a chance to block critical hits. Empower (Level 70, Sun Spell): Sacrifice all your pips to gain 1 power pip and 3 health per pip sacrificed. Used for pip conversion. Key Spells from Other Sources Ratatoskr's Spin (Level 48, Spellements): Upgradable spell that starts as a single-target hit with a self-shield, and at max tier becomes a powerful 4-pip AoEa great early alternative to Forest Lord. Kookaburra (Level 50, Beastmoon/Spellements): Single-target hit that also gives you a Lifeblade. Lambent Fire (Level 5, Fire School Pet): Gives a Fireblade. This is how Life wizards often learn to support Fire-hitting teammates. Playstyle Summary Solo PvE: Focus on building damage with blades and using Forest Lord or Spinysaur to defeat enemies. Your high health and self-heals (Fairy, Guiding Light) make you very durable. Team PvE (Support): You become the backbone of the team. Your priorities are: 1. Blading the main hitter. 2. Keeping the team's health high with Pigsie, Rebirth, and Dryad. 3. Using Triage/Mass Triage to clear deadly DoTs. 4. Hitting if needed, but damage is often secondary. PvP: Historically a strong school due to resilience. The strategy revolves around outlasting opponents with heals and absorbs, while setting up powerful single-target hits like Hammer of Thor or Wings of Fate. Final Tip: A Life Wizard is never alone. Your ability to heal makes you a welcome addition to any team, and your solid damage ensures you can handle the story on your own. Prioritize getting Forest Lord at 58 and consider crafting Pigsie if you want to be a top-tier healer.

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
