The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) is a well-regarded MMORPG set in the Elder Scrolls universe, and whether it's "good" depends on what you're looking for. Heres a breakdown of its strengths and weaknesses to help you decide: Pros: Rich Lore & World-Building Expands on Elder Scrolls lore with detailed zones, quests, and books. Solo-Friendly Unlike many MMOs, most quests and storylines can be played solo, with fully voiced NPCs. Flexible Combat & Builds Hybrid action/MMO combat with deep character customization (classes, weapons, skills). No Pay-to-Win The cash shop is mostly cosmetic or convenience-based (e.g., mounts, DLC unlocks). Regular Updates Expansions (like High Isle and Necrom) and frequent events keep content fresh. Housing & Crafting Deep crafting systems and player housing for creative players. Cons: Combat Can Feel Floaty Some players dislike the animation/impact of attacks compared to single-player TES games. Subscription Benefits (ESO+) Crafting inventory is limited without ESO+, though the base game is playable without it. Early Game Can Be Overwhelming Tons of content, but the open-ended structure may confuse new players. Endgame Grind Veteran trials (raids) and PvP (Cyrodiil) require optimization and can be time-consuming. Who Will Love It? Fans of Elder Scrolls lore who want to explore Tamriel. Players who enjoy story-driven quests with solo-friendly MMO mechanics. Those who like flexible builds and open-ended progression. Who Might Dislike It? Players expecting Skyrim Online (its an MMO first, not a pure TES sequel). Those who dislike MMO mechanics (hotbar combat, cooldowns, etc.). People who prefer fast-paced action combat (like Black Desert Online). Verdict: ESO is one of the best MMORPGs for story lovers and TES fans, offering hundreds of hours of content. Try the base game (often on sale for cheap) or the free trial to see if it clicks for you. Would you like recommendations on classes, expansions, or playstyles?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
