The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) is a solid MMORPG with a lot to offer, especially if you're a fan of The Elder Scrolls universe. Whether it's "good" depends on what you're looking for. Heres a breakdown of its strengths and weaknesses: Pros: Rich Lore & World-Building The game expands on Elder Scrolls lore, letting you explore Tamriel in great detail, from Morrowind to Summerset and beyond. Great Storytelling Fully voice-acted quests with meaningful choices (unlike many MMOs). The DLCs (like Morrowind, Summerset, Elsweyr) have strong narratives. Flexible Playstyle You can play solo like a single-player RPG, group up for dungeons, or engage in large-scale PvP (Cyrodiil). No Pay-to-Win The cash shop is mostly cosmetic/convenience (e.g., mounts, costumes), and the subscription (ESO+) is optional but offers nice perks. Frequent Updates Expansions/DLCs add new zones, mechanics, and stories yearly. Housing & Crafting Deep systems for those who enjoy customization and economy. Cons: Combat Feels Floaty Less weighty than Skyrim; some find it repetitive. Early Game Can Feel Overwhelming The game throws a lot at you early on, and the level-scaling (One Tamriel) can make progression feel less impactful. Inventory Management Without ESO+, bag space is a hassle due to crafting materials. Endgame Grind Gear upgrades, Champion Points, and veteran content can be grindy. Performance Issues Some lag in PvP or crowded areas (though better than at launch). Who Will Enjoy It? Elder Scrolls Fans If you love TES lore and exploring Tamriel, its a must-try. Casual Players Great for solo questing and story content. MMO Fans Solid group dungeons, raids (trials), and PvP, though not as hardcore as WoW or FFXIV. Crafters & Housing Enthusiasts One of the best systems in any MMO. Verdict: If you go in expecting Skyrim Online, you might be disappointed by the MMO mechanics. But if you want a story-rich, exploration-heavy MMO with deep lore and flexible gameplay, ESO is one of the best options out there. Try it on sale or with the free trialit often goes on discount, and the base game has hundreds of hours of content. ESO+ is worth it if you stick around.

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
