Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Of course! The Frost Flower in Wizard101 is a beautiful and iconic spell, but it's important to distinguish between the spell itself and the TC (Treasure Card) version, as they have different uses and availability. Heres a comprehensive breakdown: Frost Flower (The Spell) School: Ice Type: Damage over Time (DoT) with a Minor Utility Pip Cost: 4 Pips Effect: Deals 310 Ice Damage over 3 rounds (initial hit + two ticks) and removes one Positive Charm (like a Blade or a Ward) from the target. How to Get It: This is a trained spell for Ice wizards. You learn it automatically at Level 38 from your Ice professor, Lydia Greyrose. Why it's useful: Early/Mid-Game Boss Killer: At Level 38, this is a powerful DoT that can bypass shields and deal significant damage while you set up other hits. Charm Removal: The utility of removing a Blade from a boss is situationally very valuable, especially in solo play or when supporting your team. Foundation Spell: It's a core part of the Ice school's identity, teaching the value of steady, persistent damage. Frost Flower (The Treasure Card) This is where the spell becomes important for wizards of all schools. Effect: The TC version has a slightly different, often more powerful effect. It typically deals 385 Ice Damage over 3 rounds and still removes one Positive Charm. How to Get the TC: 1. Gardening: The most reliable source. It drops from several plants, most notably: Frozen Fly Traps (Ice plant, best drop rate) Evil Snow Peas King Parsley (rare drop) 2. Farming Bosses: Certain bosses have a chance to drop the TC. A popular farm is Lord Nightshade in Haunted Cave (Triton Ave, Wizard City). 3. Bazaar: You can often find Frost Flower TCs in the Trading Post in the Shopping District. They are in high demand, so they sell quickly! 4. TC Vendors: Some vendors, like Eliza in the Wyrd (Grizzleheim), sell random Ice TCs, which can include Frost Flower. Why the TC is sought after (especially for Non-Ice Wizards): Powerful Early Game DoT: For any young wizard, a 385-damage DoT is massive. It can carry you through early worlds. Universal Charm Removal: Every school faces enemies that blade themselves. Having this TC in your sideboard is excellent utility for support or difficult fights. PvP Utility: In player-vs-player combat, removing an opponent's crucial Blade can disrupt their entire strategy. Evolution: Frostflower Sovereign At higher levels, Frost Flower gets a major upgrade. Spell: Frostflower Sovereign is the Level 108+ Ice Spell (from the Karamelle spell quest). Effect: A massive 695 Ice Damage over 4 rounds, removes one Positive Charm, and then places a +25% Ice Trap on the target. It transforms the spell from a simple DoT into a powerful setup for a finishing blow. Key Takeaways For Ice Wizards: Frost Flower is a core Level 38 spell. Use it often in mid-game, then upgrade to Frostflower Sovereign at max level. For All Other Wizards: The Treasure Card version is a fantastic tool to have in your deck for tough fights against enemies that use Blades. Farm Frozen Fly Traps or check the Bazaar to get some. Function: It's a reliable Damage over Time spell with built-in utility (charm removal), making it more strategic than a simple hit. In short: Frost Flower is a classic, versatile spell that remains relevant from Wizard City all the way to the endgame, especially in its powerful Treasure Card form.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
