Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

In Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV), Yoshimitsu is a Samurai ability introduced in the Stormblood expansion. Heres a breakdown of its mechanics and usage: Yoshimitsu (Ability) Role: Samurai (Melee DPS) Type: Weaponskill (GCD) Cost: 25 Kenki Gauge Requirement: Must be executed after Midare Setsugekka (the Iaijutsu finisher). Effect: Delivers a powerful slashing attack with a potency of 100, but its true strength comes from its combo effect: - If used immediately after Midare Setsugekka, it grants 1 stack of Meditation (up to 3 stacks), which is used for Ikishoten (a Kenki-generating ability) or Ogi Namikiri (the level 90 capstone ability). Usage Tips: Optimal Rotation: - Use Yoshimitsu right after Midare Setsugekka to maintain Kenki efficiency and build Meditation stacks. - Avoid wasting Kenkionly use it when you have at least 25 Kenki to spare. Synergy with Other Skills: - Ikishoten (lvl 68) consumes Meditation stacks to generate 50 Kenki. - Ogi Namikiri (lvl 90) requires 3 Meditation stacks for its massive AoE finisher. Positional Bonus: - Unlike other Samurai skills, Yoshimitsu has no positional requirement, making it flexible in movement-heavy fights. Trivia: The name Yoshimitsu is likely a nod to the iconic Tekken/Soulcalibur character, fitting the Samurais sword-focused theme. In earlier patches, Samurais Kenki management was stricter, making Yoshimitsus Meditation gain crucial for optimal play. Would you like help optimizing a Samurai rotation or understanding other FFXIV jobs?

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
