wormhole eve online
In EVE Online, a wormhole (often abbreviated as WH) is a temporary, unstable connection between two solar systems. Unlike traditional stargates, wormholes are not fixed and can collapse after a certain time or when too much mass has passed through them. They are a key feature of wormhole space (W-space), which consists of uncharted systems with unique mechanics and valuable resources. Key Features of Wormholes in EVE Online: Types of Wormholes: - Known Space (K-space) Wormhole Space (W-space): Connections between high-sec, low-sec, null-sec, and wormhole systems. - W-space W-space: Links between different wormhole systems. - Thera: A special wormhole system with static connections to multiple regions. Wormhole Classes (C1-C6): - Wormhole systems are classified from C1 (easiest) to C6 (hardest) based on difficulty. - Higher-class wormholes have stronger NPCs (Sleepers) but better rewards. Mass & Lifetime Mechanics: - Wormholes have a total mass limit (e.g., 1 billion kg) and a time limit (e.g., 24 hours). - Exceeding mass or time causes the wormhole to collapse. Signature Scanning: - Wormholes appear as cosmic signatures that must be scanned down with probes. - Different wormhole types have unique IDs (e.g., K162 for incoming wormholes). Wormhole Effects: - Some wormholes apply system-wide effects (e.g., reduced shield capacity, increased weapon damage). Player-Owned Structures (POS/Citadels): - Wormhole systems allow for player-owned structures, but with no local chat, making them dangerous. Gameplay in Wormhole Space: Exploration: Data/relic sites, gas harvesting, and sleeper caches. Combat: Running sleeper anomalies for ISK and loot. PvP: Ambushes, evictions, and small-gang warfare. Industry: Building T3 ships (using materials from wormholes). Wormhole Terminology: Static: A permanent wormhole connection that respawns in the same system. K-Space: Known space (high-sec, low-sec, null-sec). Rolling: Intentionally collapsing a wormhole to spawn a new one. Chain: A series of connected wormholes leading to different systems. Tips for Wormhole Survival: Always bookmark both sides of a wormhole. Use covert ops cloaks to avoid detection. Watch for mass limits to avoid collapsing a wormhole unintentionally. Assume hostiles are presentwormholes have no local chat. Would you like details on a specific aspect of wormhole gameplay?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
