Of course! Level 100 in Wizard101 is a major milestone, marking the end of the "Second Arc" (Celestia through Khrysalis). The gear available here is diverse and powerful, often serving players well into the early Third Arc. Heres a comprehensive breakdown of the best Level 100 gear options, categorized by source. The Undisputed Best: Darkmoor (The Graveyard) This is the goal for almost every wizard at Level 100. The gear from the final dungeon of Khrysalis is considered the definitive "Level 100 meta" and will last you until Level 125-130. Dungeon: Darkmoor - The Graveyard (3-part dungeon, the final fight is against Malistaire the Undying). Why it's the best: It offers an unparalleled balance of damage, critical rating, and resist. This set creates the modern "glass cannon with padding" archetype. Key Pieces: Robe: Mali's Robe of Flux (or the Dragoon's Robe from the first two bosses). Huge damage, critical, and a universal blade item card. Hat: Mali's Cowl of Flux (or the Dragoon's Hood). Excellent damage, critical, and pip chance. Boots: Mali's Boots of Flux (or the Dragoon's Boots). Great damage and the highest critical rating boots available at this level. Wand: Morganthe's Arcanum Deck or Athanor (from the first two bosses). Provides critical block and a useful shadow spell. The Grind: Be prepared to run this dungeon many times. The drop rates for the specific "Mali" gear from the final fight are notoriously low. Excellent Alternatives & Crafted Gear If you want to avoid or take a break from the Darkmoor grind, these are fantastic options. Crafted: House of Scales Gear Source: Crafted. Recipes are purchased in the House of Scales (Azteca). Why it's good: It has higher damage and resist than Darkmoor gear, but significantly less critical rating. This is a more traditional, tanky build. A great choice if you prefer consistency over critical hits. Set Bonus: Wearing the full set (Hat, Robe, Boots) grants a +5% universal damage bonus. Waterworks Gear (Level 60) - The Fallback Source: Waterworks dungeon in Crab Alley (Wizard City). Why it's mentioned: If you're struggling at the start of Level 100 content, the full Waterworks set from Level 60 still provides solid stats (especially power pip chance and resist) and can carry you until you get better gear. Upgrade from this as soon as possible. Khrysalis Crafted / Quest Gear The gear you get from final Khrysalis quests (like Blade of the Felled Titan) and crafted items (e.g., Tyrant's Crafted Boots) are serviceable placeholders to help you start the Darkmoor grind. Best-in-Slot Accessories (Rings, Athames, Amulets, Decks) These often come from sources other than Darkmoor. Athame: Alpha and Omega Ring (Level 90+) or Bear's Claw of Death (etc.) from Tartarus (Aquila). Still very strong. Morganthe's Athame from her dungeon in Khrysalis (Shadow Palace). Best-in-slot for damage and critical. Ring: Alpha and Omega Ring (Level 90+) from Tartarus. The classic choice. Morganthe's Ring from the Shadow Palace. Best-in-slot for damage and critical. Amulet: Shango's Deathblade Amulet (etc.) from the Bazaar or Azteca packs. Gives a school-specific blade and a damage card. Crafted Avalon Amulets (e.g., Glimmering Death Talisman) offer a blade and a useful AOE spell. Deck: Morganthe's Arcanum Deck (from Darkmoor part 1/2) is the standard for its critical block. Crafted Avalon Decks (e.g., Death Deck of the Chasm) offer the most starting pip slots (+10). School-by-School Quick Tips Death, Myth, Balance: Darkmoor gear is 100% your priority. The critical and damage are transformative. Fire & Storm: Darkmoor is also best, but the House of Scales crafted gear is a very viable alternative if you want more survivability (resist) for the tough battles ahead in Polaris. Ice & Life: You have more flexibility. You might prefer the higher resist and damage of House of Scales over the critical from Darkmoor, as your role often involves surviving and supporting. Darkmoor is still excellent, however. Preparing for Darkmoor - A Quick Checklist Minimum Gear: Full Waterworks or Khrysalis quest gear. Good Accessories: Alpha and Omega ring/Bear's Claw athame from Tartarus. A Reliable Deck: Any deck with +6 pip slots or more. Potions: Have some Potent Trap Potions (to stack with Feint) and a good supply of healing potions. Team Up: Use the Team Up kiosk! Be patient, communicate, and learn the cheats for each boss (especially the final fight). The Bottom Line Ultimate Goal: Farm the full Darkmoor (Graveyard) gear set. Great Alternative: Craft the full House of Scales set. Accessories: Farm Morganthe in the Shadow Palace for her Athame and Ring, and use the Alpha and Omega Ring as a backup. Good luck, wizard! The grind at 100 is real, but the power spike is worth it for the adventures to come in Polaris and beyond

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
