Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Of course! In Wizard101, Fire school pets are all about amplifying your damage and supporting your aggressive playstyle. Heres a comprehensive guide to Fire pets, from best-in-class options to how to build them. The "Best" Fire Pet Talents & Abilities The ideal Fire pet focuses on maximum damage output and utility. The core talent setup is: Fire-Dealer (+10% Fire Damage) Pain-Giver (+6% Universal Damage) Fire-Giver (+7% Fire Damage) OR Mighty (boosts strength-based talents like Fire-Dealer) Spell-Proof (+10% Universal Resist - Essential for survival) Spell-Defying (+5% Universal Resist) This combination gives you +23% Fire Damage (or more with Mighty) and +15% Universal Resist, the perfect offensive/defensive balance. For Max Damage (Glass Cannon): Replace the resist talents with a second damage talent (e.g., Fire-Giver) and a utility talent like Furnace (Fireblade item card). Top Fire Pet Bodies (The Look & Inherent Abilities) The pet's body determines the first card it grants. Here are the most sought-after: Sun Serpent: The classic, top-tier choice. Grants a Sharpened Fire Blade item card (+45% Fireblade). Absolutely invaluable for boss fights and stacking blades. Frillasaur: A fantastic alternative. Grants a Fireblade item card and a Frenzy item card (the 25% version). Perfect for solo questing. Ornery Kookaburra: Grants a Fuel item card (+70% to next Fire spell) and a Fireblade. Incredible for one-shot setups. Burning Dryad: Grants a Fireblade and a Power Link (for some healing utility). Fennec Fox: Grants an Elemental Blade item card. Great for supporting teammates or if you lack the spell. Dapper Corgi / Fire Armaments: Popular for their Fire-Giver talent in the pool and good stats. How to Build Your Perfect Fire Pet: A Step-by-Step Process Get a Base Pet: Find a pet with the body you want (e.g., Sun Serpent) and at least 2-3 of the desired talents listed above. The Kiosk in the Pet Pavilion is your best friend for this. Hatch with a "Good" Pet: Use the Kiosk to hatch your base pet with one that has the proven talents you want (look for ones with "Max Stats" and the right talents). Raise the Baby to Adult: Train the offspring to Adult (Ancient is better) to see its first 4 talents. Check Talents & Re-hatch: If it manifests a bad talent (e.g., "Fire-Shot," "Mana Gift"), go back to step 2 and hatch again with your best pet or the Kiosk pet. This transfers the better talent pool. Repeat Until Perfect: The goal is to get a pet that, at Mega (or Ultra), has all 5 desired talents. Always keep your best pet as a backup! Useful Pet Talents for Specific Setups For Jading (PvP/Solo Survival): Fire-Assailant (Fire crit rating), Medic (Heal incoming), Cycle of Life (Life steal). For Support/Team Play: Furnace (Fireblade card), Elemental Dealer (boost for Storm/Ice friends), Blade of Fire (Gives a Fireblade card). For Early Game/Questing: May-Cast Buffs like Furnace or Bladestorm can be fun and helpful. Important Stats (What to Look For) When looking at a pet in the Kiosk or after hatching, prioritize: Strength: Increases Damage and Resist talents. Will: Increases Damage and Critical talents. Power: Less critical, but affects some healing talents. Aim for pets with stats as close to max as possible (e.g., 255 Strength, 260 Will, 250 Power). Final Pro-Tips Start Simple: Don't aim for the perfect triple-double (3 damage, 2 resist) pet on your first try. Get a solid damage pet first. The Kiosk is Key: Search for your desired pet body, then sort by "Talents" to find ones with Fire-Dealer, Pain-Giver, and Proof. Snacks Matter: Use "Mega Snack" farms (like Mirror Lake or gardening Couch Potatoes) to train pets faster. Patience is a Virtue: Pet training is a marathon, not a sprint. Failed hatches are part of the process. In short: For most Fire wizards, target a Sun Serpent or Frillasaur with the Fire-Dealer, Pain-Giver, Fire-Giver/Proof, Defying talent setup. Good luck, and may your criticals be ever in your favor

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
