wizard101 45 blade
Of course! In Wizard101, a "45 blade" is a piece of community slang for a specific type of Damage Enchantment Treasure Card. What is a 45 Blade? It's a Treasure Card (TC), meaning it's a one-time-use card you can put in your side deck. Its in-game name is "Gargantuan". It enchants a regular single-hit attack spell (like Fire Cat, Storm Shark, etc.) to add a flat +45 damage to each damage tick of that spell. Key Mechanics & Why It's Popular: +45 per Tick: If your spell hits once, it adds 45 damage. If your spell hits multiple times (like a DoT - Damage over Time), it adds 45 damage to each hit. For example, a 3-round DoT would get +135 total damage. No School Restriction: Unlike regular "Blade" spells that boost your stats, Gargantuan is a universal enchantment. Any school can use it on their single-hit attacks. Early Power Spike: It becomes available at a relatively low level (through crafting or as a drop), providing a significant damage increase for mid-game players. Stacking: It stacks with your regular blades, traps, and global buffs. You can use a school blade (+35%), a spirit/elemental blade (+35%), and Gargantuan for huge hits. How to Get It: Crafting: The recipe is purchased from Librarian Fitzhume in The Atheneum (Dragonspyre). You'll need to be a Grandmaster Artisan. Drops: Can be dropped by various bosses, especially in Celestia and Wintertusk. TC Vendors: Sometimes available from Treasure Card vendors in the Wizard City library or other worlds. Bazaar: Frequently found in the Trading Post (Auction House), but they sell quickly. Important Note: "Blade" vs. "Enchantment" The term "blade" here is slang. Technically: A Blade is a spell that increases your outgoing damage percentage (e.g., "Fireblade" gives +35% to next Fire spell). An Enchantment is a spell that modifies a damage card itself (like Gargantuan). The community often calls any damage-boosting TC a "blade," hence "45 blade." The Evolution: Higher-Level Enchantments As you level up, you'll replace the 45 blade with more powerful enchantments: Colossal (TC) / Epic (Spell): Adds +150 damage per tick. The standard upgrade. Mighty / Vengeance / etc.: Even stronger, school-specific enchants from later worlds. In short: When someone offers you a "45 blade," they're giving you a Gargantuan Treasure Carda staple damage boost for any wizard's deck.

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
