Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Of course! There are many excellent free VR shooting games you can play online right now, primarily through PC VR headsets (Oculus/Meta Quest via Link/Air Link, HTC Vive, Valve Index, etc.) and some directly on standalone Quest headsets. Heres a breakdown of the best free options, categorized by platform and type. Best Free VR Shooters on Meta Quest (Standalone) These are available for direct download on the Quest 2, 3, or Pro via the Meta Store. POPULATION: ONE (Free-to-Play): The flagship free VR battle royale. Climb, fly, and build in a massive map. It's a full, polished game with a strong player base. Gun Raiders (Free-to-Play): A fast-paced, movement-focused arena shooter with wall-running, jetpacks, and simple graphics. Great for quick matches. Ultimechs (Free-to-Play): A unique "sports-mech-combat" game from the makers of Population: One. Pilot a mech and shoot a rocket-powered football at your opponent's goal. BAM VR (Bullets And More): Offers a huge sandbox with tons of modes, weapons, and maps. It has a one-time purchase for full access, but a very generous free version with plenty of content. VRChat (with Community Worlds): Not a shooter itself, but thousands of user-created worlds include VR FPS games like Ghosts of Tabor clones, Among Us shooters, and more. Quality varies, but it's free and endless. Best Free VR Shooters on PC (SteamVR) These require a gaming PC and a VR headset connected to it. The Lab: Longbow (Free): Part of Valve's free collection The Lab. It's a tower defense archery game, but the bow-and-arrow mechanics are so good it feels like a precision shooter. A must-try. Rec Room (Free-to-Play): Like VRChat, but with built-in, polished mini-games. Rec Royale (battle royale) and Paintball are fantastic, social VR shooters. War Dust: 32 vs 32 Battle (Has a Free "Weekend" / Trial Version): A large-scale battlefield shooter. Keep an eye out for free play events. VR Gun Club (Demo): A realistic weapons handling simulator. The free demo has a good selection of guns and ranges to try. SteamVR Home Environments (Community Content): Some users create interactive shooting galleries you can download for free from the Steam Workshop. Genre Variations (Free) Melee/Sword Fighting: Blade and Sorcery has extensive free mods. The Lab's Xortex is a great arcade shooter. Wave Shooters/Horde Modes: Many paid games have free demos featuring horde modes. Check demos for After the Fall, Killing Floor: Incursion, or ZomDay. Social/Dynamic: Pavlov VR Shack (the Quest version) is free on App Lab (see below), offering a classic CS:GO-like experience. How to Find More Free Games SideQuest & App Lab (For Quest): Many free, indie, and early-access VR shooters are not on the official Meta Store. You need to use SideQuest or enable "App Lab" in your Quest search. Pavlov VR Shack (App Lab) Contractors Showdown (App Lab - Battle Royale Beta) Many experimental and classic-style shooters. Steam: Use the "Free to Play" and "VR" filters together. Sort by "User Reviews." Itch.io: A hub for indie developers. Search for "VR FPS" you'll find unique, experimental, and often free projects. Important Tips for Free VR Games "Free-to-Play" often means Microtransactions: Games like POP: ONE and Gun Raiders sell cosmetic items, battle passes, etc. The core gameplay is free. Player Base: For multiplayer games, check if they have an active community. Peak hours are usually evenings and weekends. Performance: PC VR games depend on your computer's specs. Check minimum requirements. Motion Sickness: Start with stationary or teleport-movement games before jumping into full locomotion shooters. Quick Recommendation Path: For a polished, social battle royale: POPULATION: ONE (Quest). For a classic PC-style VR shooter: Pavlov VR Shack (Quest via App Lab) or look for Contractors free weekends (PC). For fun, casual arcade action: Gun Raiders (Quest) or Rec Room Paintball (Cross-platform). To just try shooting mechanics: The Lab: Longbow (PC) or VR Gun Club Demo (PC). Happy shooting! The free VR shooter scene is vibrant and a great way to dive into the genre without spending a dime.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
