As of my last knowledge update in June 2024, Ultima Online 2 was officially canceled in 2001 during its development by Origin Systems (a subsidiary of Electronic Arts). However, there was a trailer released before its cancellation. Heres what we know about it: Ultima Online 2 (Canceled) Trailer & Details Announcement & Trailer Release - Ultima Online 2 was announced in 1999 as a full 3D sequel to the original Ultima Online. - A pre-rendered cinematic trailer was shown at E3 2000, showcasing a fantasy world with improved graphics, new races, and a more structured narrative compared to the sandbox nature of the first game. - The trailer featured dramatic scenes of knights, dragons, and magic, emphasizing a more story-driven MMO experience. Why Was It Canceled? - Development struggles, internal conflicts at EA/Origin, and concerns about splitting the UO player base led to its cancellation in 2001. - Some assets and ideas were repurposed into Ultima X: Odyssey (also canceled in 2004). Is There Footage Available? - The original E3 2000 trailer is extremely rare, but fragments and descriptions exist in old gaming magazines and fan archives. - Some fans have uploaded low-quality versions or discussed it in forums like the Ultima Codex or MMORPG.com. Modern Alternatives - If you're looking for a similar experience, check out: - Legends of Aria (spiritual successor to UO) - Albion Online (sandbox MMO with UO vibes) - Shroud of the Avatar (by Ultima creator Richard Garriott). Would you like help finding remnants of the trailer or similar games? Let me know!

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
