In The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), skill trees (called Skill Lines) allow you to customize your character's abilities, passives, and playstyle. There are several types of skill lines, each with unique skills and bonuses. Heres a breakdown: Class Skill Lines Each class has three unique skill lines, providing active abilities and passives: Dragonknight Ardent Flame, Draconic Power, Earthen Heart Sorcerer Dark Magic, Daedric Summoning, Storm Calling Nightblade Assassination, Shadow, Siphoning Templar Aedric Spear, Dawns Wrath, Restoring Light Warden Animal Companions, Green Balance, Winters Embrace Necromancer Grave Lord, Bone Tyrant, Living Death Arcanist (Necrom) Herald of the Tome, Soldier of Apocrypha, Curative Runeforms Each skill line includes 5 active abilities (morphable at Rank IV) and 4-5 passive bonuses. Weapon Skill Lines Unlocked by using specific weapon types: Two-Handed (Greatsword, Maul, Battle Axe) One-Handed & Shield (Sword, Mace, Axe + Shield) Dual Wield (Two One-Handed Weapons) Bow Destruction Staff (Fire, Frost, Lightning) Restoration Staff Alliance War Skill Lines (Siege Weapons, Support) Each weapon line has 5 active skills and passives that enhance weapon performance. Armor Skill Lines Dependent on armor weight (Light/Medium/Heavy): Light Armor Boosts Magicka, Spell Crit, and Magicka Recovery. Medium Armor Enhances Stamina, Weapon Crit, and Stealth. Heavy Armor Increases Health, Defense, and Healing Received. Each has passives that improve survivability or resource management. World Skill Lines Gained through exploration and activities: Guilds (Fighters, Mages, Undaunted, Thieves, Dark Brotherhood) Racial Passives (Based on your characters race) Soul Magic (Main Questline) Vampire/Werewolf (Optional transformations) Psijic Order (Summerset Chapter) Legerdemain (Thieving & Stealing) Alliance War (PvP Skills: Assault, Support, Emperor) Crafting Skill Lines For professions like Blacksmithing, Alchemy, Enchanting, etc.: Passives improve crafting efficiency, material discovery, and trait research. Active abilities (e.g., Alchemys "Medicinal Use" for longer potion effects). Skill Progression & Morphing Skills level up as you use them. At Rank IV, most skills can be morphed into one of two stronger versions (e.g., a healing skill might morph into a burst heal or a HoT). Ultimate abilities require Ultimate Points (generated in combat). Key Tips: Hybrid builds are possible but specialize in Stamina (physical) or Magicka (spell) for efficiency. Passives matteralways unlock them for bonuses. Skill Points are earned via leveling, quests, Skyshards, and dungeon achievements. Would you like recommendations for a specific build?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
