In The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), the game offers a vast amount of content, including main quests, faction storylines, DLCs, and expansions. The recommended quest order follows the chronological release and narrative flow for the best experience. Heres a structured guide: Base Game (Original Story) Main Quest (Harborage) Starts in the first major city of your alliance after completing the tutorial. Alliance Storyline Follows your factions war across Tamriel (e.g., EP: Bleakrock Isle Bal Foyen Stonefalls). Guild Quests (Mages & Fighters Guild) These tie into the main story and Coldharbour. Coldharbour & Finale (Cadwells Silver/Gold) Complete your alliance story before moving to others. DLC & Chapter Order (Chronological Release) For the best narrative flow, follow this order: A. Base Game Expansions (Post-Main Story) Imperial City (PvP DLC, 2015) Optional, but fits after the main quest. Orsinium (2015) Standalone but introduces characters later seen in DLCs. Thieves Guild (2016) Hews Bane heist story. Dark Brotherhood (2016) Gold Coast assassination quests. B. Morrowind & Daedric War Arc Morrowind (2017) Introduces Vvardenfell and Vivec (starts with The Missing Prophecy). Clockwork City (2017) Continues Sotha Sils story. Summerset (2018) Conclusion of the Daedric Triad arc. C. Season of the Dragon (Elsweyr Arc) Murkmire (2018) Optional Black Marsh side story. Elsweyr (2019) Dragon threat begins. Dragonhold (2019) Conclusion of the Elsweyr story. D. Dark Heart of Skyrim (Skyrim Arc) Harrowstorm (2020 - Western Skyrim prologue) Greymoor (2020) Vampires in Western Skyrim. Stonethorn (2020 - Reach prologue) Markarth (2020) Reach storyline conclusion. E. Gates of Oblivion (Deadlands Arc) Flames of Ambition (2021 - Blackwood prologue) Blackwood (2021) Mehrunes Dagons invasion. Waking Flame (2021 - Deadlands prologue) Deadlands (2021) Final confrontation. F. Legacy of the Bretons (High Isle Arc) Ascending Tide (2022 - High Isle prologue) High Isle (2022) Political intrigue in the Systres. Lost Depths (2022 - Firesong prologue) Firesong (2022) Druids and volcanic threats. G. Shadow Over Morrowind (Necrom Arc) Scribes of Fate (2023 - Necrom prologue) Necrom (2023) Apocrypha & Hermaeus Mora. General Tips: Prologue Quests Found in the Crown Store or given by NPCs in major cities. Chronological Order Follow release order for story consistency. One Tamriel Scaling You can do zones in any order, but narrative flow matters. Undaunted & Side Quests Can be done anytime. Would you like a specific faction or expansion breakdown?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
