tantrum wizard101
Of course! "Tantrum" in Wizard101 refers to a powerful AoE (Area of Effect) spell for the Myth School. It's one of the most iconic and defining spells for Myth wizards. Heres a detailed breakdown: What is Tantrum? School: Myth Accuracy: 80% (Base) Pip Cost: 7 Pips Effect: Deals 550 Myth damage to all enemies. Additionally, it removes one positive charm (damage boost) from each target. How to Get It Level Requirement: You learn it naturally as part of the Myth school questline at Level 58. Quest: "The Final Countdown" from Dyvim Whitehart in the Myth School in Ravenwood. This is a class-specific quest to learn your Level 58 spell. Why It's So Important for Myth Wizards Primary AoE: Before Tantrum, Myth's only in-school AoE is Frog (Level 22, 3 pips, 260-320 damage). The jump to Tantrum is massive, making questing and mob battles much faster. Utility: The secondary effect of removing a positive charm is situationally very useful. It can strip away a boss's potent damage boost (like a "Blade") right before you hit, potentially saving your team. Damage: For its pip cost, 550 damage is solid and reliable for clearing enemies in the Arc 2 worlds (Celestia, Zafaria, Avalon). Strategy & Usage The Core Strategy: The standard Myth mob-fighting strategy is to stack Blades (Mythblade, Spirit/Elemental Blade, etc.) and then use Tantrum to defeat all enemies at once. Against Bosses: It can be used as a heavy hit, especially if you want to remove a shield or a charm they've placed on themselves first. However, many Myth wizards prefer single-target hitters like Orthrus or Minotaur for bosses. Late-Game: While it remains a staple, many high-level Myth wizards acquire and use other powerful AoE spells like: Mystic Colossus (Level 100+ spell, deals more damage but doesn't remove charms). Lord of the Jungle (Ratbeard spell, 8 pips, 690 damage, stuns). Grendel's Amends (Deals damage and casts a Legion Shield on you). Key Notes Enchantments: You can use Enchantment Spell Cards like Epic or Raging Bull (from Sun School) to significantly boost Tantrum's damage. Accuracy: The 80% base accuracy can be a drawback. It's highly recommended to have Accuracy-boosting gear or use a Precision Charm to ensure it doesn't fizzle at a critical moment. The "Tantrum" Theme: The spell animation fits the Myth school's theme of creating living constructs. Your wizard summons a large, angry stone minotaur who stomps the ground, causing a seismic outburst. In summary, Tantrum is the essential power spike for Myth wizards at Level 58, transforming them into efficient AoE cleaners and solidifying their role as masters of controlled chaos. It's a spell you'll rely on for dozens of levels.

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
