Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

In EVE Online, the "Rule of 6" is an informal guideline used by players to estimate the optimal engagement range for turret-based weapons (like lasers, projectiles, and hybrids) against a moving target. Here's how it works: What is the Rule of 6? The rule states that to maximize hit chance against a target, your angular velocity (how fast the target moves across your screen) should be no more than 1/6th of your turret's tracking speed. Formula: [ ext{Angular Velocity (rad/s)} leq rac{ ext{Tracking Speed (rad/s)}}{6} ] In Practice: If your turret has a tracking speed of 0.06 rad/s, your target's angular velocity should stay below 0.01 rad/s (0.06 6) for reliable hits. How to Apply It? Check Your Turret Stats: - Open your ship's fitting window and note the tracking speed of your guns. - Example: A 425mm Railgun might have 0.02 rad/s tracking. Monitor Angular Velocity: - When locked on a target, check your angular velocity (displayed in the target info panel). - If it exceeds tracking speed 6, your hits will suffer severe penalties. Adjust Your Approach: - Orbit at optimal range (reduce transversal speed). - Use tracking modules (Tracking Computers, Gyrostabilizers). - Switch to smaller guns (higher tracking speed). Exceptions & Nuances Missiles & Drones: Not affected (they dont track). Signature Radius & Explosion Velocity: Matters more for missiles. Webifiers & Stasis: Slowing the target reduces angular velocity. Why Follow the Rule of 6? Maximizes damage application against fast, small targets (e.g., frigates). Helps choose the right engagement range (e.g., staying at 10km vs. 5km). Would you like help applying this to a specific ship or fit?

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
