Call of Cthulhu - System: BRP (Basic Roleplaying). - Key Features: Investigation/horror focus, sanity mechanics, percentile skill checks. Powered by the Apocalypse (PbtA) - Games: Apocalypse World, Monster of the Week, Masks. - Key Features: Narrative-first, playbook-based characters, moves trigger outcomes. FATE - Key Features: Rules-light, narrative-driven, uses "aspects" and fate points for storytelling. Shadowrun - Key Features: Cyberpunk + fantasy hybrid, dice pool system (d6-based), complex gear/magic rules. Blades in the Dark - Key Features: Heist-focused, stress/heat mechanics, flashback system. Savage Worlds - Key Features: Fast-paced, generic system ("Fast! Furious! Fun!"), uses bennies for meta-currency. World of Darkness (Vampire: The Masquerade, etc.) - Key Features: Gothic-punk horror, d10 dice pools, morality (Humanity/Path) mechanics. Video Game RPG Systems Classic CRPGs - Examples: Baldurs Gate (D&D rules), Divinity: Original Sin (turn-based, action points). - Key Features: Party-based, often isometric, deep dialogue/story choices. JRPG Systems - Examples: Final Fantasy (ATB/turn-based), Dragon Quest (traditional turn-based). - Key Features: Linear progression, anime aesthetics, often job/class systems. Action RPGs - Examples: The Elder Scrolls (real-time combat), Dark Souls (stamina-based combat). - Key Features: Real-time combat, skill-based progression. Tactical RPGs - Examples: Fire Emblem (permadeath), XCOM (cover/positioning matters). - Key Features: Grid-based combat, squad management. Roguelike/Roguelite - Examples: Hades, Dead Cells. - Key Features: Procedural generation, permadeath (or meta-progression). MMORPG Systems - Examples: World of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XIV. - Key Features: Persistent worlds, raids, gear treadmills. Choosing a System For Beginners: D&D 5e, PbtA games, or FATE (rules-light). For Tactics: Pathfinder 2e, Lancer (mech combat). For Narrative: Blades in the Dark, Fiasco (GM-less). For Horror: Call of Cthulhu, Dread (Jenga tower mechanic). Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
