Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Here is the information regarding online casinos and age restrictions for those under 21. The short answer is: You cannot legally gamble at an online casino if you are under 21 in the United States, and attempting to do so is a violation of the site's terms of service. Here is a detailed breakdown of why this is the case, what the exceptions are, and the risks involved. The General Rule: Age 21 In the vast majority of U.S. states that have legalized online casinos (like New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, and Connecticut), the legal gambling age is 21 years old. This is the same age as for land-based casinos and for purchasing alcohol. Why 21? This age is set by state law, often tied to the same regulations that govern brick-and-mortar casinos. The reasoning includes concerns about brain development, impulse control, and the potential for addiction in younger adults (18-20). The Exception: Age 18 (But Not for Casino Games) There are some states where you can gamble online at 18, but it's almost never for "casino" games (slots, blackjack, roulette, poker). The primary options for 18-20 year olds are: Sports Betting: In some states (e.g., Wyoming, Washington D.C., Tennessee), the legal sports betting age is 18. You can bet on sports but cannot play casino games on the same site. Horse Racing (and other pari-mutuel betting): This is the most common exception. Online platforms like TwinSpires, TVG, or BetAmerica allow betting on horse racing at age 18 in many states. This is a separate legal category from casino gambling. State Lotteries: You can typically buy lottery tickets and play online lottery games (like scratch-offs and draw games) at 18 in most states. Some states, like Arizona, Iowa, and Louisiana, require you to be 21 for lottery. Crucial Point: There is no state in the U.S. where an 18-year-old can legally play online slots or table games for real money. The "Offshore" Casino Problem You may find online casinos based in other countries (like Costa Rica, Curacao, or Malta) that advertise a minimum age of 18. These are called "offshore" casinos. Do not use these sites. Here is why: They are Illegal in the U.S.: They do not have a license from your state's gaming commission. While it's rare for an individual to be prosecuted for playing, the site itself is operating illegally. No Player Protection: If you win a large amount of money, the casino can simply refuse to pay you, and you have zero legal recourse. You cannot sue them in a U.S. court. No Age Verification (or Fake Verification): Many of these sites have very weak "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures. An 18-year-old could easily enter a fake birthdate. However, when you try to withdraw your winnings, they will demand a copy of your ID (driver's license, passport). At that point, they will discover you are under 21 and will confiscate your winnings and close your account. Security and Fraud Risks: These sites are unregulated and may not secure your personal and financial data. They could sell your information or be a front for identity theft. What Happens If an Under-21 Player is Caught? If you manage to sign up for a legal, state-regulated casino and lie about your age: Account Suspension and Funds Confiscated: The casino will permanently close your account. Any money you deposited or won will be forfeited (kept by the casino). Permanent Ban: You will be blacklisted from that casino and potentially all casinos in that state. Legal Penalties (Rare but Possible): You could be charged with a misdemeanor for providing false information to a licensed gaming establishment. This is more likely if you used a fake ID. No Winnings Paid: This is the most common outcome. You cannot win money from a casino if you are not legally allowed to gamble. Safe & Legal Alternatives for Under-21 Gambling If you are 18-20 and interested in gambling, stick to these legal and safe options: Horse Racing (18+ in many states): Use regulated sites like TwinSpires, TVG, or BetAmerica. Sports Betting (18+ in specific states): Check your local laws. States like Wyoming, Tennessee, and Washington D.C. allow sports betting at 18. State Lotteries (18+ in most states): Buy a ticket or play online. Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) (18+ in most states): Platforms like DraftKings and FanDuel allow 18+ players in many states, but check your local law. Social/Sweepstakes Casinos (18+): Sites like Chumba Casino, LuckyLand Slots, or Pulsz are legal because you don't buy "chips" directly. You buy "sweeps coins" for a chance to win real prizes. These are free to play and legal for 18+ (sometimes 21+ in specific states). Summary No legal U.S. online casino allows players under 21. The only legal options for 18-20 are horse racing, state lotteries, and some sports betting. Do not use "offshore" casinos. They will likely steal your winnings and expose you to fraud. Attempting to cheat the system will result in losing all your money and getting banned. Your best course of action is to wait until you turn 21 to play at a legal, safe, and regulated online casino.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
