Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

The landscape of legal online casinos in the United States is fragmented. Currently, six states have fully legalized and launched online casino gaming (iGaming), with a few others offering limited versions. Here is the current list of states where you can legally play real-money online casino games (slots, table games, and poker): Fully Operational States (iGaming) New Jersey - Status: Launched (2013). The gold standard for U.S. iGaming. - Details: Offers the widest variety of operators (e.g., DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars). Also includes legal online poker (WSOP, PokerStars). Pennsylvania - Status: Launched (2019). - Details: One of the largest markets. Includes online slots, table games, and poker. Operators must partner with a physical casino. Michigan - Status: Launched (2021). - Details: A very strong market with nearly all major operators. Includes online poker. West Virginia - Status: Launched (2020). - Details: Smaller market, but fully legal. Most major operators (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM) are active here. Connecticut - Status: Launched (2021). - Details: Limited to two main operators: DraftKings (partnered with Foxwoods) and FanDuel (partnered with Mohegan Sun). Delaware - Status: Launched (2013). - Details: A very small, state-run market. Online casinos are operated by the state lottery in partnership with three land-based casinos. The game selection is limited compared to NJ or PA. States with "Sweepstakes" Casinos (A Gray Area) These states do not have legal real-money online casinos, but they allow "sweepstakes" or "social" casinos that use a unique model (purchasing virtual coins, then redeeming "sweepstakes coins" for cash prizes). Texas, Florida, California, New York, Ohio (and most other states not listed above). Note: These are not regulated like traditional online casinos, but they are widely used and legally distinct. States with Limited or Pending Legislation Rhode Island: Legalized online casinos in 2023. Launch expected in 2024 (likely Q1/Q2). Indiana, Iowa, Nevada: Have legal online poker only, not full casino games. New York: Legal online sports betting only (no casino games). Illinois, Virginia: Legal online sports betting only. States Where Online Casinos Are Illegal (No Path Soon) California: Tribal casinos and card rooms oppose it. Texas: Strongly opposed by state leadership. Florida: A complex legal battle over the Seminole Tribe's compact. Important Legal Warning Federal Law (UIGEA): The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 prohibits financial institutions from processing transactions for illegal online gambling. It does not make online gambling illegal for players in states that have legalized it. State Law: You must be physically located within the borders of a legal state to play. Geolocation software is used to verify your location. "Offshore" Casinos: Many sites accept U.S. players from any state. These are illegal under state and federal law. They are not regulated, offer no consumer protection, and your deposits may not be recoverable if the site shuts down. It is strongly recommended to only play at state-licensed operators. Summary Table (as of early 2024): State Status Full Casino Poker Sports Betting : : : : : New Jersey Legal & Live Yes Yes Yes Pennsylvania Legal & Live Yes Yes Yes Michigan Legal & Live Yes Yes Yes West Virginia Legal & Live Yes Yes Yes Connecticut Legal & Live Yes No Yes Delaware Legal & Live Yes Yes Yes Rhode Island Pending Launch Yes (2024) No Yes Nevada Partial No (only sports) Yes Yes Indiana, Iowa Partial No Yes Yes Bottom Line: For real-money online casinos, you only have six states (NJ, PA, MI, WV, CT, DE). If you live elsewhere, you must use sweepstakes models or wait for legislation.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
