lost ark artist
The Artist is one of the advanced classes in Lost Ark, belonging to the Specialist class archetype. Its a support role focused on healing, shielding, and buffing allies while also dealing some damage. Below is a detailed breakdown of the Artist class: Artist Overview Role: Support (Healer/Shield/Buff Provider) Weapon: Brush Armor: Light (Heavy specialization for support builds) Playstyle: Hybrid (Support with some damage options) Key Skills & Abilities Artists use ink-based attacks to heal allies, provide shields, and buff the party while also dealing damage. Their skills revolve around "Stroke" mechanics, where you draw symbols to trigger effects. Core Support Skills: Healing Painting ( ) Places a healing zone that restores HP over time. Sun Well ( ) Creates an area that damages enemies and buffs allies' attack power. Moon Well ( ) Grants shields and damage reduction to allies. Stars Echo ( ) Provides a burst heal and cleanse. Utility & Mobility: Ink Step ( ) A dash that leaves behind ink puddles, damaging enemies. Butterfly Dream ( ) Grants movement speed and evasion buffs. Awakening Skills (Ultimate Abilities): Awakening: Stroke of Dawn ( ) Massive AoE heal + buff. Awakening: Stroke of Midnight ( ) Strong shield + debuff cleanse. Engravings (Class-Specific & General) Class Engravings: Full Bloom () Enhances healing and support capabilities. - Best for pure support builds. Recurrent Stroke ( ) Boosts damage and reduces cooldowns. - Hybrid support/damage option. Recommended General Engravings: Expert (Boosts shields & healing) Awakening (Reduces Awakening skill cooldown) Heavy Armor (Increases survivability) Vital Point Hit (For faster stagger checks) Stat Priority (Support Build) Swiftness (Reduces cooldowns, increases mobility) Specialization (Boosts healing/shield strength) Crit (Optional for hybrid damage builds) Pros & Cons Pros: Strong burst healing & shielding Excellent party utility (buffs, cleanse, mobility) Fun, unique playstyle with brush mechanics Cons: Low personal DPS (focused on supporting) Requires good positioning & awareness Mana-hungry without proper stat allocation Artist in Endgame (Raids & PvP) PvE (Raids/Guardians): Highly sought after in legion raids (e.g., Brelshaza, Akkan) due to strong healing and buffs. PvP (Arena): Decent in team fights with CC and sustain, but less dominant than pure DPS classes. Tips for Playing Artist Prioritize healing/shielding during high-damage phases. Use Sun Well for attack buffs during DPS windows. Manage mana with proper stat allocation (Swiftness helps). Position wellstay near allies but avoid boss mechanics. Is Artist Right for You? Play Artist if you enjoy supporting and enabling your team. Avoid if you prefer high-damage or solo carry playstyles. Would you like a skill build guide or rotation tips for Artist? Let me know!

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
