Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Here's a comprehensive breakdown of liquid acrylic paint pens, often called acrylic markers or paint markers. These are essentially a permanent, water-based acrylic paint housed in a marker format, offering the control of a pen with the finish of acrylic paint. What Are They? Core: Liquid acrylic paint (not ink). Body: A marker or pen-like casing. Tip: Various shapes and sizes (fine, bullet, chisel, brush). Mechanism: Either a pump valve (for refillable pens) or an agitator ball inside (for disposable, shake-and-press pens). Result: Opaque, vibrant, permanent color on many surfaces. Key Features & Benefits Opacity: Excellent coverage, even on dark surfaces. Light colors can often cover black. Adhesion: Bonds well to a wide variety of non-porous and porous surfaces (more on that below). Durability: Once dry, they are water-resistant, lightfast (won't fade), and permanent. Versatility: Can be used on paper, canvas, wood, glass, metal, plastic, stone, ceramics, fabric, and more. Control: The pen format allows for precise lines, detailed work, and less mess than brush and bottle. Layering: Dries quickly, allowing for layering of colors without smudging (like traditional acrylics). How Do They Work? Shake: You must shake them vigorously (with the cap on) to mix the paint and binder. Most have a metal mixing ball inside (like a spray paint can). Prime: Press the tip down on a scrap piece of paper to get the paint flowing. This pushes the valve mechanism. Store: Always store them horizontally or tip-down to keep the tip from drying out. Types of Liquid Acrylic Paint Pens Fine-Tip: Best for drawing, writing, and small details. (e.g., 0.7mm, 1mm, 2mm). Bullet/Broad Tip: Great for filling in large areas, lettering, and bold strokes. (e.g., 3mm, 5mm, 8mm). Brush Tip: Designed for calligraphy, painting, and varying line widths (like a paintbrush). Refillable vs. Disposable: - Disposable: Lower cost, great for beginners or one-time projects. (e.g., Posca, Molotow One4All). - Refillable: Higher initial cost, more eco-friendly, and better for heavy use. (e.g., Molotow Aqua, Uni Posca PC-5M). Popular Brands Brand Known For Best For : : : Posca Industry standard. Super opaque, consistent, reliable, wide color range. All-around use: canvas, paper, wood, rock, glass, fabric. Molotow One4All Extremely high quality, refillable, excellent coverage on all surfaces. Professionals, graffiti, customizing. Arteza Affordable, good color selection, great for beginners. General crafting, journaling, drawing. Sharpie Cheap, widely available, fine tips. Writing on smooth surfaces (glass, plastic). Note: Not as opaque as Posca/Molotow. Liquitex Professional artist grade, excellent paint quality, refillable. Fine art, mixed media. Best Surfaces to Use Them On Great: Canvas, paper, cardboard, wood (sealed or raw), stone, ceramics, glass, metal (primed or bare), plastic (non-slippery), fabric (pre-washed). Difficult/Require Preparation: Very smooth plastics (PP, PE), silicone, oily surfaces. You may need a primer or to scuff the surface. Poor: Greasy surfaces, wet surfaces. Tips for Success SHAKE WELL. Shake for 30-60 seconds. You should hear the ball rattling. The paint will be watery at firstthat's normal. PRIME ON SCRAP PAPER. Don't prime on your project. Depress the tip onto a piece of scrap until the paint flows evenly. STORE HORIZONTAL. This keeps the tip saturated and prevents clogging. CLEAN THE TIP. If the tip gets clogged, wipe it on a damp paper towel or dip it in water for a few seconds. LAYER UP. Apply thin layers. Let each layer dry before adding another. Thick coats can crack. SEAL IT (Optional). For outdoor use or high-traffic items (like mugs), seal with a clear acrylic spray or brush-on varnish. Common Problems & Solutions Won't write / dry tip: - Solution: Shake more vigorously. Prime on scrap. If still dry, the tip may be clogged. Try soaking the tip in warm water for 10 minutes. Paint is watery: - Solution: This is normal! Shake more, and let it sit for 30 seconds after priming. The first few drops will be watery. Paint is chipping / peeling: - Solution: The surface was too smooth or oily. Sand it lightly or use a primer. Also, don't apply too thick a layer. Colors mixing / bleeding: - Solution: Let the first layer dry completely before applying the next. Use a light touch. Summary Liquid acrylic paint pens are the ultimate tool for anyone who wants the bold, permanent finish of acrylic paint with the precision and convenience of a pen. Posca is the gold standard for beginners and pros, while Molotow is the choice for serious artists and customizers. They are fantastic for rock painting, journaling, customizing sneakers, drawing on canvas, decorating glassware, and much more. Just remember to shake, prime, and store horizontally.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
