The Khvostov 7G-0X is a legendary Exotic Auto Rifle in Destiny 2, introduced in The Taken King expansion for Destiny 1 and later reprised in Destiny 2 as part of the Beyond Light expansion. It is a modernized version of the original Khvostov 7G-02, the very first weapon Guardians acquire at the start of Destiny 1. How to Obtain the Khvostov 7G-0X in Destiny 2: Complete the "A Guardians Duty" Quest This quest is obtained by finding six hidden Khvostov parts scattered in the Cosmodrome (EDZ-like patrol zone). - The parts are found in specific locations, often requiring platforming or combat. - Some parts are tied to Lost Sectors or hidden areas (e.g., the Moth Yards, The Divide, etc.). Return to Shaw Han After collecting all parts, Shaw Han gives you the quest to craft the weapon. Complete the "Reconstruction" Mission A special mission in the Cosmodrome where you rebuild the Khvostov. Claim Your Exotic After finishing the mission, the Khvostov 7G-0X is yours! Weapon Traits & Perks: Exotic Perk: The Right Choice Holding the reload button cycles between three firing modes: - 450 RPM (Precision Frame) Slower, more accurate. - 720 RPM (Rapid-Fire Frame) Faster, less stable. - 900 RPM (Full Auto) Highest fire rate, least stable. Intrinsic Trait: Gunslingers Trinket Improves handling and reload speed when swapping firing modes. Catalyst (Optional): Improves range and stability (obtained via random drops in the Cosmodrome). The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
