Here are the different types of keys in World of Warcraft (WoW) and their uses: Dungeon & Raid Keys Used to unlock special dungeons or raids: Shadowfang Keep Key Opens doors in Shadowfang Keep. Scepter of Celebras Grants access to Maraudon's inner areas. Key to the City Used in Stratholme (Live side). Skeletal Key Opens doors in Scholomance. Scarab Key (Gong) Needed to summon Temple of Ahn'Qiraj (AQ40). Dungeon Teleport Keys (M+) In Dragonflight, completing a Mythic+ dungeon at +20 awards a teleport key for that dungeon. Key to the Palace of Lei Shen (Mists of Pandaria) Unlocks Throne of Thunder secrets. Legendary & Special Keys The Key of Secrets (TBC) Used for the Tempest Keep attunement. Key to the Karazhan Library Opens doors in Return to Karazhan (Legion). Runeblade of Baron Rivendare Summons Horsemen in Naxxramas. Profession & Crafting Keys Obsidian Key (Blacksmithing) Used in Molten Core. Junkbox Keys (Rogue) Opens Locked Junkboxes for loot. Expansion-Specific Keys Dragonflight Vault Keys Used to open the Vault of the Incarnates weekly chest. Torghast Layer Keys (Shadowlands) Unlocked higher layers in Torghast. The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
