intel uhd graphics 630 world of warcraft
The Intel UHD Graphics 630 is an integrated GPU found in many Intel desktop and laptop processors (e.g., 8th to 10th Gen Core i5/i7/i9). While it can run World of Warcraft (WoW), performance will vary depending on settings and resolution. World of Warcraft Performance on Intel UHD 630 Playable at Low-Medium Settings (1080p): - 30-50 FPS in open-world zones (low settings). - 20-40 FPS in raids/dungeons (may drop further in crowded areas). Best Settings for Smooth Gameplay: - Resolution: 720p or 900p (better FPS than 1080p). - Graphics Quality: Low or Medium (disable shadows, lower view distance). - DirectX Version: DX11 (better stability than DX12 on Intel iGPUs). - Render Scale: 100% or lower (improves performance). Limitations: - No high/ultra settingsexpect stuttering in busy areas. - Older expansions (e.g., Classic, Burning Crusade) run better than Dragonflight. - Thermal throttling on laptops can reduce performance over time. Tips to Improve Performance Update Intel Graphics Drivers (latest from Intels website). Close background apps (Chrome, Discord, etc.). Lower particle effects & spell density in WoW settings. Use a cooling pad (if on a laptop to prevent throttling). Verdict The UHD 630 can run WoW, but for a better experience (especially in raids or newer expansions), a dedicated GPU (e.g., GTX 1650, RX 6400) is recommended. Would you like help optimizing settings further?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
