Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Of course! "Ghulture" in Wizard101 is a highly sought-after mount and pet, famous for its unique look and powerful utility, especially for Death school wizards. Heres a breakdown of everything you need to know about the Ghulture. What is a Ghulture? It's a skeletal, vulture-like creature that serves as both a Mount and a Pet. Its signature feature is the "Death-Dealer" talent, which makes it a top-tier choice for maximizing damage. As a Mount Appearance: You ride on the back of the flying skeletal bird. It has a flying animation. Speed: Like most premium mounts, it provides a +40% Speed boost. How to Get: It's typically obtained from various Crowns Shop packs (like the "Ghulture's Hoard Pack" or "Night Mire Pack"), making it a rare drop. It occasionally appears in the shop as a standalone mount for Crowns during promotions. As a Pet (The Main Attraction) This is where the Ghulture becomes legendary. When hatched as a pet, it can learn specific talents, with one being exceptionally powerful. Base Card: Death Blade (A Death-specific damage blade, 35% or 40% depending on pedigree). Key Talent: Death-Dealer Effect: Grants a +2% Universal Death Damage boost (or sometimes +3% at Epic/Ultra) to your wizard. Stacking: This is a "Socket Talent." You can hatch multiple Ghultures to get different damage talents and then use the Pet Jewels they provide to socket additional damage boosts on other pets. This is the primary reason for farming them. Desirable Talent Pool: The ideal "Triple-Double" or "Quad-Damage" Ghulture will have a mix of these: Damage Talents: Death-Dealer, Pain-Giver, Death-Boon, Death-Giver. Resist Talents: Spell-Proof, Spell-Defying. Utility: May Cast Fairy, May Cast Unicorn, etc. (less desired for a pure damage build). Why is the Ghulture So Popular? Maximizing Death Damage: A perfect Ghulture pet can give a Death wizard up to +33% Damage (11% from 3 damage talents + 10% from Pain-Giver + 7% from Mighty jewel + 5% from a Death-Giver jewel) before even counting the socketed Death-Dealer jewels from other Ghultures. Socketing Strategy: Dedicated players hatch many Ghultures to collect Death-Dealer, Pain-Giver, and Death-Giver jewels. They then socket these onto their "perfect" main pet (which could be another Ghulture or a different pet body like a Dark Crow) to push their damage stats to the absolute limit. Iconic Aesthetic: It fits the Death school theme perfectly and is a status symbol of a dedicated player. How to Get a Ghulture Pet Hatching: This is the most common method. Find someone in the Pet Pavilion (often in the "Hatchery" realm) who has a Ghulture with good talents and hatch with them. You'll need Gold or Crowns. Packs: Opening the Ghulture's Hoard Pack can give the pet directly, but it's a gamble. Quest Reward: Some very specific late-game bosses (like in Darkmoor) have a tiny chance to drop the pet, but this is extremely rare. Quick Tips for a New Ghulture Owner Hatch for Talents, Not Looks: The first step is to get the Ghulture "body" (any Ghulture pet). After that, you hatch repeatedly with good ones to transfer better talents. Find a Hatching Partner: Use the in-game chat or fan communities to find someone with a "max stat" Ghulture to hatch with. Train Slowly: Train your pet to Adult (Ancient) to see its first few talents before committing mega-snacks. If it fails (gets a useless talent), hatch again to improve the pool. Goal Pet: For a Death wizard, a "Triple-Double Ghulture" (three damage talents, two resist talents) is a standard, powerful end-goal. In short, the Ghulture is a cornerstone pet for any serious Death wizard in Wizard101 due to its unique Death-Dealer talent and its potential for min-maxing damage output. It's a long-term project but considered well worth the effort.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
