Creating an 8-bit style version of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker would be a fun retro-inspired take on the expansion! Heres how it might look and sound in an 8-bit format: 8-Bit Endwalker Concept Graphics - Pixelated versions of key characters (Zenos, Meteion, the Scions) with limited color palettes. - Chibi-style sprites for battles and cutscenes. - Simplified zones (Thavnair, Garlemald, Elpis) as side-scrolling or top-down maps. Music - 8-bit chiptune renditions of Footfalls, Close in the Distance, and Endwalkers battle themes. - Classic RPG sound effects (low-bit magic spells, sword slashes). Gameplay - Turn-based combat (like FF I-III) instead of MMO mechanics. - Side quests as short text-based missions. - Simplified job system (Warrior, Black Mage, White Mage, etc.). Story - Text-box storytelling with minimal voice acting (bleep-bloop sounds). - Major moments (Final Days, Ultima Thule) as dramatic pixel-art cutscenes. Example Mockup Ideas Boss Fight: 8-bit Zenos with a flashing health bar and a pixelated Blade of the End. Dungeons: Pixel labyrinths with traps and NES-style enemy sprites. Ending: A heartfelt 8-bit rendition of the expansions finale. Would you like a specific scene or track turned into an 8-bit style? I could describe or even mock up a text-based version! (Fun fact: FFXIVs composer, Masayoshi Soken, has referenced 8-bit influences in some tracks!)

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
