Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Of course! "Feint" in Wizard101 is arguably the most important and iconic spell in the entire game. It's a double-edged sword that defines high-level strategy. Heres a comprehensive breakdown of everything you need to know about the Feint spell. The Basics School: Death Card Type: Ward (Trap) Base Effect: Place a trap on an enemy that increases the next damage they take by 30%, but also places a backlash trap on yourself that increases the next damage you take by 30%. Pips Cost: 0 Pips (It's a "0-Pip" spell, meaning it's always available). Why Feint is So Powerful Massive Damage Multiplier: It's a straight percentage boost to damage, which scales incredibly well with your own powerful hits. A 30% boost is huge. Stackable: You can cast multiple Feints on the same target! The traps stack, allowing for astronomical damage multipliers. This is the core of "one-hit" boss strategies. Universal: The trap works for ANY school of damageyour Fire spell, your Storm friend's hit, etc. This makes every Death wizard a vital support teammate. Pip Efficiency: Costing 0 pips means you can set it up without slowing down your ability to cast a large spell on the same turn or the next. The Key Strategy: "Feint Stacking" The ultimate goal in boss fights is often to stack as many Feints as possible on the boss before a huge hit. A classic stack looks like this: Regular Feint (+30%) Potent Trap (Treasure Card) on the boss (+45% instead of 30%, no backlash!) Item Card Feint (from a pet or gear) on the boss A second regular Feint from a teammate. This can easily multiply damage by 3x or more. How to Get Feint Death School Students: Learn it naturally at Level 26 from your Death professor, Dworgyn. Other Schools (Non-Death Wizards): This is crucial! You can train Feint from the Death School Teacher, Dworgyn, in Nightside. You need to be at least Level 22. It requires 7 Training Points (TP). Path: Train up to Feint on the Death spell tree. You'll need to learn the preceding spells (like Dark Pixie, etc.). Upgrades & Advanced Versions The basic Feint is just the start. Later, you get more powerful versions: Fortified Feint (Item Cards): Found on various mid-game wands and gear. Increases the boost to 40% (or sometimes 45%) while keeping the backlash at 30%. Potent Trap (Treasure Card): A game-changer TC, usually crafted or found in later worlds. It places a +45% trap on an enemy with NO backlash on yourself. Empowered Feint (Item Cards): Later gear (e.g., from Darkmoor) provides this. It's a +70% trap with a -70% backlashhigh risk, high reward. Mastery Amulet Feints: Using a Death Mastery Amulet, any school can cast the stronger Feint variants learned at higher Death levels. Tips & Tricks Blade First, Then Feint: In solo play, often blade yourself first, then Feint. The enemy will hit you, triggering the backlash trap on you before you hit them with your big spell, avoiding the penalty. Team Coordination: In teams, communicate who is Feinting and when. Usually, the "hitter" does NOT cast the final Feint to avoid the backlash on themselves. Dispel the Backlash: You can use a "Trap Dispel" or a "Ward Dispel" spell on yourself to remove the backlash Feint if needed. Pet Talents: Look for pets with talents that grant "Dealer" (increases trap %), "Giver" (grants an Item Card Feint), or "May Cast Feint." The Bottom Line Feint is non-negotiable. Every single wizard, regardless of school, should invest the Training Points to learn it by mid-game. It is the cornerstone of PvE strategy and the single biggest factor in turning long, grindy boss fights into quick and efficient victories. Whether you're a Death wizard making it your signature or a Storm wizard using it to make your super-charged spells even more devastating, Feint is the most important support spell in Wizard101.*

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
