eve online kill rights
In EVE Online, Kill Rights are a game mechanic that allows players to legally attack others under specific circumstances without triggering penalties from CONCORD (the game's police force). Here's how they work: What Are Kill Rights? Kill Rights are temporary permissions granted to a player to attack another player without CONCORD intervention. They are typically generated when a player commits certain aggressive actions (e.g., attacking someone in high-security space without a valid reason). How Are Kill Rights Generated? Illegal aggression in high-sec (0.51.0 security space): If a player attacks another without a valid reason (e.g., war dec, suspect flag), the victim gains a kill right against the aggressor. Bounty system: If a player has a bounty, others can buy kill rights against them. Scamming & theft: Some scams (e.g., contract fraud) can generate kill rights for the victim. How to Use Kill Rights Activation: - Open the Character Sheet (Alt+C) Kill Rights tab. - Select the target and click Activate Kill Right (costs ISK). - Once activated, you (or your corporation/alliance) can freely attack the target in high-sec for 15 minutes without CONCORD interference. Sharing: - Kill Rights can be sold or given to others via the Market or Contracts. - Others can buy/activate them to hunt the target. Important Notes Duration: - Kill Rights expire after 7 days if unused. - Once activated, the hunting window lasts 15 minutes. High-Sec Only: - Kill Rights only matter in high-security space (0.51.0). - In low/null-sec or wormholes, PvP is unrestricted, so kill rights are irrelevant there. No CONCORD Protection for the Target: - If you activate a kill right, the target loses CONCORD protection in high-sec for the duration. Not Reversible: - Once activated, the kill right is consumed, even if no attack happens. Strategies & Uses Bounty Hunting: Players buy kill rights to hunt high-value targets. Revenge: Victims of scams or ganks can retaliate legally. Corp/Alliance Wars: Used to weaken enemies in high-sec without a formal war declaration. Scare Tactics: Some players sell their own kill rights to deter attackers. How to Avoid Kill Rights Avoid illegal aggression in high-sec. Pay off bounties or negotiate with potential hunters. Stay in low/null-sec where kill rights dont apply. Would you like details on a specific aspect (e.g., selling kill rights, bounty hunting tactics)?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
