Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Of course. This is a common point of confusion. Heres a clear breakdown of how Epic Games and Xbox accounts work together, and how to manage them. The Core Concept: Account Linking Your Epic Games account and your Xbox account (Microsoft account) are two separate accounts. When you play a cross-platform game like Fortnite, Rocket League, or Fall Guys on an Xbox, you link these two accounts together. This linking allows: Cross-Progression: Your game progress, purchases (V-Bucks, skins, etc.), and friends list carry over if you play on another platform (PC, PlayStation, Switch, etc.). Cross-Play: You can play with friends on different systems. Unified Identity: You use your Epic Games identity across platforms. Common Scenarios & How to Fix Them "I played Fortnite on Xbox without making an Epic account." This creates a "Nameless" or "Headless" Epic account automatically, tied to your Xbox profile. To take control of it (e.g., to play on PC or mobile), you must claim it by adding an email and password. How to fix: Go to the Epic Games website, click "Sign In," choose Xbox, and log in with your Microsoft/Xbox credentials. It will then prompt you to provide an email and password to finish setting up the Epic account. "I want to link my Xbox account to a different Epic account." You can only have one Epic account linked to an Xbox account at a time. To switch, you must first unlink the old one. How to fix: 1. Log in to your Epic Games account on the website. 2. Go to Connections (in the left menu) Accounts. 3. Find the Xbox tile and click Disconnect. 4. You can now link your Xbox account to a new Epic account. Warning: There may be a waiting period (e.g., 365 days) before you can link the same Xbox account to a different Epic account. "I can't remember which Epic account is linked to my Xbox." How to check: The easiest way is to visit the Epic Games website, log in with your Xbox credentials, and see what Epic account profile name and email are loaded. "I'm getting an 'Account Already Linked' error." This means your Xbox account is already connected to another Epic profile (possibly a "nameless" one you forgot about). You must follow the steps in Scenario #2 to disconnect it first. Critical Rules & Warnings One-to-One Link: An Xbox account can only be linked to one Epic Games account at a time. Progress is Tied to Epic, Not Xbox: Your game items and progress live on your Epic Games account. If you unlink your Xbox and link it to a new Epic account, you will start over with a fresh game profile on that Xbox. V-Bucks Exception: V-Bucks purchased on Xbox are only accessible on the Xbox platform. They will not appear on other platforms, but any items you buy with them will be available everywhere. How to Manage Your Connections The central hub for everything is the Epic Games Account Portal: Go to www.epicgames.com/account Log in with your Epic account credentials (or via Xbox, PlayStation, etc., if that's how it's set up). Navigate to Connections Accounts. Here you can see, connect, or disconnect all your linked platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Steam, etc.). Summary of Key Steps: Identify which Epic account your Xbox is linked to by signing in on the Epic site with Xbox. To change the link, disconnect the Xbox account from the old Epic profile first. To secure a "nameless" account, sign in with Xbox on the Epic site and add your email/password. Always manage links from the Epic Games website, not your Xbox console. If you run into specific errors, the best resource is the official Epic Games support page: Epic Games Account Support

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
