Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

You're likely asking about Epic Games, the company, and Fortnite, their most famous game. Here's a breakdown of what you probably want to know: Epic Games What it is: A major American video game and software developer and publisher based in Cary, North Carolina. Founded: 1991 by Tim Sweeney. Famous for: 1. Fortnite: Its global phenomenon battle royale game. 2. Unreal Engine: One of the most powerful and widely used game development engines in the world (used by many other game studios and even in film/TV). 3. The Epic Games Store: A digital video game storefront for PC and Mac, known for giving developers a larger revenue share (88%) and offering users free weekly games. Fortnite What it is: A massively popular online video game, released in 2017. Key Game Modes: 1. Battle Royale: The most famous mode. 100 players drop onto an island, scavenge for weapons and resources, and fight to be the last one standing. It's free-to-play. 2. Zero Build: A variant of Battle Royale where the building mechanic is removed, focusing purely on combat and traversal. 3. Fortnite: Save the World: A cooperative player-vs-environment (PvE) mode where players fight off zombie-like creatures. This part is not free-to-play. 4. Fortnite Creative & UEFN: Allows players to build their own islands and game modes. UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite) is a powerful PC application that lets creators use professional development tools. Why They're So Connected Fortnite's unprecedented success transformed Epic Games from a respected developer and engine maker into a cultural and economic powerhouse. The revenue from Fortnite's in-game purchases (like skins, emotes, and the Battle Pass) funds everything else Epic does: Developing Unreal Engine. Running the Epic Games Store with its free games and exclusives. Hosting massive in-game concerts and events (like Travis Scott and Ariana Grande). Securing high-profile crossovers with brands like Marvel, Star Wars, and Nike. Recent Big News (Chapter 5) Fortnite is currently in Chapter 5, which introduced: A new island with Medallions that grant special powers. Weapon Mods that you can attach to guns. Major collaborations with Solid Snake (Metal Gear) and Peter Griffin (Family Guy). A new "Lego Fortnite" survival crafting mode, a "Rocket Racing" arcade racer by Psyonix, and a "Fortnite Festival" rhythm game by Harmonixall inside the Fortnite platform. In short: Epic Games is the company that created the Unreal Engine and owns the Epic Games Store. Fortnite is their flagship game, a pop-culture platform that prints money and allows them to fund all their other ambitious projects.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
