As of my last update, The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) does not support full cross-platform play between PC/Mac, PlayStation, and Xbox. However, there are some important distinctions: Cross-Platform Restrictions: - PC/Mac and Console (PlayStation/Xbox) players cannot play together. - PlayStation and Xbox players cannot play together. - Stadia (now defunct) players were merged into the PC/Mac servers before the service shut down. Cross-Progression (Limited): - No cross-progression between PC and consoles. - Exception: If you played on Google Stadia, your progress was transferred to PC/Mac servers when Stadia closed. Cross-Generation Play (Same Console Family): - PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players can play together. - Xbox One and Xbox Series XS players can play together. Future Possibility? - Zenimax Online Studios has not announced plans for full cross-play, but community demand remains high. - Some MMOs (like Final Fantasy XIV) now support limited cross-play, so future updates could change this. The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
