Patch 11.0.5 Now Live
Major balance changes to all classes, new dungeon difficulty, and holiday events are now available. Check out the full patch notes for details.
There isn't a full-fledged Dungeons & Dragons Online (DDO) emulator like you might find for classic MMOs (e.g., WoW private servers), but there are some alternatives and tools to recreate parts of the experience: DDO Private Servers? - Unlike older MMOs, DDO (by Standing Stone Games) does not have widely available private server emulators due to its modern architecture and legal protections. - Some projects have attempted reverse-engineering, but none are public or fully functional. Alternatives for D&D Online Play If you're looking for a D&D-like online experience, consider: - Tabletop Simulator (Steam) Hosts custom D&D sessions with mods. - Foundry VTT / Roll20 Virtual tabletops for playing D&D 5e or other RPGs. - Neverwinter (MMO) Free-to-play D&D-themed MMO by Cryptic Studios. - Baldurs Gate 3 (Singleplayer/Co-op) A deep CRPG based on D&D 5e rules. DDO-Like Gameplay Emulation - Dungeon Crawlers Games like Path of Exile, Diablo, or Torchlight offer similar dungeon-delving action. - Neverwinter Nights (1 & 2) Older RPGs with persistent world and DM tools. Custom D&D Online Worlds - Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition (Steam) has active multiplayer servers with custom D&D campaigns. - Talespire A 3D virtual tabletop for D&D-style play. Conclusion If you're looking for a DDO emulator, none exist publicly yet. However, you can replicate the experience using other D&D-based games or virtual tabletops. Would you like recommendations for a specific type of gameplay (e.g., action combat, turn-based, or sandbox worlds)?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
