Patch 11.0.5 Now Live
Major balance changes to all classes, new dungeon difficulty, and holiday events are now available. Check out the full patch notes for details.
Dungeons & Dragons Online (DDO) does not natively support 4K resolution, but you can enhance its visuals using workarounds. Heres how to improve your experience: Forcing 4K Resolution - Edit Configuration Files: - Navigate to DocumentsDungeons and Dragons OnlineUserPreferences.ini. - Modify these lines: - Launch Options: - Add -skiprawinput -r 3840x2160 to the games shortcut or Steam launch options. Upscaling with GPU Tools - NVIDIA Control Panel (if using an NVIDIA GPU): - Enable DSR (Dynamic Super Resolution) to render at higher resolutions. - AMD Virtual Super Resolution (VSR) (for AMD GPUs): - Allows rendering beyond native monitor resolution. - Lossless Scaling (Steam Tool): - Use FSR or other upscaling methods for better clarity. UI Scaling Fixes - The UI may appear tiny in 4K. Adjust: - In-Game UI Scaling: Check settings under Options > UI. - Custom Mods: Some community mods improve UI scaling (check DDO Forums or Discord). Performance Optimization - Lower Demanding Settings: Shadows, draw distance, and post-processing can tank FPS. - DirectX 9 Limitations: DDO is old; consider capping FPS to avoid instability. Alternative: Play in Windowed Borderless - If full 4K is too taxing, try 2560x1440 in borderless windowed mode for a balance. Community Resources - Official Forums: DDO Forums - Reddit: r/ddo (for tips and mods) - Discord: Active DDO communities share tweaks. Would you like help with specific hardware setups (e.g., NVIDIA vs. AMD)?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
