Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

It sounds like you're looking for reviews or discussions about DramaShorts (the app/platform for short-form dramas) on Reddit. The general consensus on Reddit, particularly in subreddits like r/webtoons, r/otomegames, r/CDrama, and r/ChineseDramas, is overwhelmingly negative, though some users admit they are "guilty pleasures." Here is a breakdown of what Reddit users typically say about DramaShorts: The Main Complaints (What Reddit hates) The Pay-to-Play Model (The #1 Complaint): - Users overwhelmingly criticize the "coin" or "ticket" system. You get a few free episodes (often a cliffhanger), and then you must pay to unlock the rest. - The Cost: Redditors calculate that finishing a single "short drama" can cost as much as or more than a Netflix subscription or a full movie ticket. - Cash Grabs: The apps are often described as "money pits" designed to bleed small amounts out of you very quickly. "Cringey" and Repetitive Plotlines: - Users describe the acting as over-the-top and the dialogue as awkward (often translated poorly from Chinese or Korean originals). - Common Tropes (that get old fast): "CEO falls for a poor girl," "Revenge on a cheating husband," "I swapped bodies with a rich person." The plots are seen as very formulaic and shallow. Predatory Advertising: - Many Reddit users find the ads on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook for these shows extremely misleading. - The ad will show a dramatic scene (e.g., a woman slapping a man), but that scene never actually appears in the app. The user feels tricked into downloading it. Poor Production Quality: - While the ads look high-budget, users report that the actual episodes look cheap, with bad lighting, terrible sound, and low-budget sets. The "Guilty Pleasure" (Why some Redditors use it anyway) Despite the hate, you will find pockets of users who enjoy them for specific reasons: "So Bad It's Good": Some users compare it to B-movie tropes or "trashy novels come to life." They enjoy the absurdity and melodrama. Short Time Commitment: The episodes are 1-3 minutes long. For people who don't have time for a 40-minute episode, it's an easy dopamine hit. The Cliffhangers: The apps are designed to be addictive, and some users admit the cliffhangers are effective enough to make them want to pay to see the next 2-minute episode. Specific Subreddits to check for the latest gossip r/CDrama: Search for "short drama apps" or "DramaShorts." You'll find discussions about which apps are less scammy. r/otomegames: Sometimes discusses the interactive fiction elements of these apps. r/webtoons: Occasionally mentions the transition from webtoons to these live-action short dramas. r/ChineseDrama: For the original Chinese "short dramas" () that American apps like DramaShorts often dub/rip off. The Verdict from Reddit: Skip it unless you have money to burn. Most users suggest: Look for the same content on YouTube Many of these shows are uploaded illegally (or by the creator) as full episodes for free. Wait for the full movie version In China, popular short dramas are often edited into a single 1.5-hour movie and uploaded to YouTube. Use free alternative apps like Viki or DramaCool which have better quality, full-length shows for a standard monthly fee. In short: Reddit views DramaShorts as a bad value for money with low-quality content, existing purely to drain your wallet through a pay-per-episode system.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
