Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

A drama otaku is usually used to describe someone who is intensely obsessed with TV dramas (often Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or Taiwanese series), as opposed to anime or manga. Here is a breakdown of what that means, common traits, and popular titles. Key Traits of a Drama Otaku Binge-Watching: They can watch an entire 16-episode K-drama or 50-episode J-drama in one or two days. Genre Expertise: They have deep knowledge of specific genres (Rom-Com, Melodrama, Thriller, Historical/Sageuk, School Drama). Tropes & Cliches: They can spot tropes instantly (e.g., "The Truck of Doom" isekai into another world, "The Piggyback Ride" in the rain, "The Wrist Grab"). The "Second Lead Syndrome": They often fall in love with the second lead character (who never gets the girl/guy) and feel deep emotional pain. OST Fanatics: They listen to the Original Soundtrack on repeat and can associate every song with a dramatic scene. Terminology: They use specific terms: - J-Drama: Dorama - K-Drama: K-Drama (often referred to as K-Dramas) - C-Drama: C-Drama (including Xianxia - fantasy martial arts, Wuxia - martial arts heroes, Modern) - T-Drama: Taiwanese dramas. Platform Knowledge: They know which dramas are on Netflix, Viki, iQIYI, Disney+, or Amazon Prime. What Do They Watch? (By Region) Japanese Dramas (J-Drama) Style: Usually shorter (10-12 episodes), more realistic, odd, or quirky. Often based on manga. Famous Examples: - Hanzawa Naoki (Revenge business drama) - Nodame Cantabile (Romantic comedy about musicians) - 1 Litre of Tears (Extremely sad tearjerker) - Alice in Borderland (Survival game thriller) - Rookies (High school baseball with heart) Korean Dramas (K-Drama) Style: The global powerhouse. Known for high production value, beautiful actors, and emotional rollercoasters. Famous Examples: - Crash Landing on You (Romance with North/South Korea) - Goblin (Fantasy romance with a tragic history) - Sky Castle (Satire on education and social climbing) - Squid Game (Survival game thriller) - My Mister (Slow-burn healing drama) - The Heirs (Classic rich boy/poor girl rom-com) Chinese Dramas (C-Drama) Style: Often very long (40-70 episodes), heavy on fantasy, ancient costumes, and epic romance. Famous Examples: - The Untamed (Xianxia, very famous globally, based on BL novel) - Love Between Fairy and Devil (Xianxia, stunning CGI) - Story of Yanxi Palace (Historical palace intrigue) - Eternal Love (Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms) (Classic Xianxia) - Meteor Garden (Classic rich boy/poor girl, remake of Taiwanese version) Taiwanese Dramas (T-Drama) Style: The OGs of early 2000s rom-coms. Heavily inspired by manga. Famous Examples: - Meteor Garden (2001 original, launched F4) - It Started with a Kiss (Rom-com) - The Prince Who Turns into a Frog (Rom-com) Common Internal Conflicts of a Drama Otaku The Post-Drama Depression (PDD): The emptiness you feel after finishing an amazing drama. You can't start a new one for days. What to Watch Next: The endless scroll on Viki or Netflix. Spoilers: The constant fear of spoilers on social media. The "Drama Slump": When everything you start is boring. Pacing Frustration: Why is this episode 90% flashbacks? Where Do They Hang Out? Reddit: r/KDRAMA, r/JDorama, r/CDrama (Very organized with episode discussions, recommendation threads, and memes). MyDramaList: The essential database for tracking watched dramas, ratings, and reviews. Viki & Netflix: For streaming. AsianWiki: For cast and production details. Are you one? Ask yourself: Do you have a "Drama Wishlist" a mile long? Have you learned basic Korean/Japanese/Chinese just from watching? Do you rewatch scenes on YouTube? Have you ever cried during a commercial break? Do you judge actors' skills by their "eye acting"? If you answered yes to 3 or more of thesewelcome. Youre a Drama Otaku. Do you want me to recommend a drama based on what you like?

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
