Heres how: Visit the Monument to Lost Lights (between the Vault kiosks in the Tower). Select "Red War" Exotics. Purchase Outbreak Perfected for: - 1x Exotic Cipher - 125,000 Glimmer - 200x Legendary Shards - 1x Ascendant Shard Catalyst (Outbreak Perfected Catalyst) The Outbreak Perfected Catalyst enhances the weapon by increasing nanite damage and generating nanites on precision kills. To obtain it: Previously: Dropped from the Zero Hour mission (now unavailable). Currently: Drops from Strike, Gambit, or Crucible playlist completions (RNG-based). Once obtained, complete the following to unlock it: 500 Precision Kills with Outbreak Perfected. Is Outbreak Perfected Good in 2024? Yes! It remains a strong PvE weapon, especially in activities with add-clear and boss DPS (nanites stack for extra damage). In PvP, its decent but outclassed by other Exotics like No Time to Explain or Vigilance Wing. God Roll (If It Had Random Perks) Since it's a fixed Exotic, it doesnt have random rolls, but its intrinsic perks are: The Corruption Spreads Precision hits spawn SIVA nanites that attack enemies. The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
