In Destiny 2, the term "soft cap" refers to the Power Level (PL) threshold where regular drops (world drops, playlist activities, etc.) stop increasing your gear's Power Level efficiently. As of 2024, the current soft cap is 1750, not 1960. Destiny 2 Power Level Caps (Season of the Wish - 2024): Soft Cap (1750) Random drops will help you reach this level. Powerful Cap (1800) After 1750, you need Powerful and Pinnacle rewards to progress. Pinnacle Cap (1810) Only Pinnacle rewards will push you to the max. If You Meant 1960: There is no 1960 soft cap in Destiny 2. However, Artifact Power (bonus levels from XP) can push your total Power beyond 1810, but this resets each season. The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
