ACT 2 Journey Begins: Kael and Lian travel to the Forbidden Archives to learn the blade's location. They're joined by RINA, a rogue thief with her own reasons for opposing Malrath. Training Montage: Lian helps Kael reconnect with his "blade sense" - the mystical ability that made him the greatest swordsman of his generation. Midpoint Twist: The group reaches the blade's resting place only to find Malrath already there. In the ensuing battle, Lian is mortally wounded and the blade is taken. ACT 3 Final Preparation: Kael forges a new weapon from fragments of his old sword and Lian's staff, imbuing it with spiritual energy. Climactic Battle: At the Blood Moon eclipse, Kael confronts Malrath atop the Tower of Lost Souls. An epic sword duel ensues as the portal to the underworld begins to open. Resolution: Kael defeats Malrath and shatters the Blood Moon Blade, closing the portal at the last moment. As the sun rises, Kael walks away, his honor restored but knowing his journey isn't over. The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
