black desert online keeps crashing
If Black Desert Online (BDO) keeps crashing, it can be due to various reasons, such as hardware issues, software conflicts, corrupted game files, or outdated drivers. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue: Check System Requirements Ensure your PC meets the minimum or recommended system requirements for BDO: OS: Windows 10 (64-bit) CPU: Intel Core i5-650 / AMD Ryzen 5 1400 RAM: 8GB (16GB recommended) GPU: GTX 970 / Radeon RX 570 (4GB VRAM) Storage: SSD recommended (HDD may cause crashes due to slow loading) Update Graphics Drivers Outdated GPU drivers are a common cause of crashes. NVIDIA: Download the latest driver from GeForce Experience or use the NVIDIA app. AMD: Update via AMD Adrenalin. Intel: Update from Intel Driver & Support Assistant. Verify Game Files (Steam/Launcher) Corrupted files can cause crashes. Steam: Right-click BDO > Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files. Pearl Abyss Launcher: Open the launcher > Settings () > Scan Files. Run as Administrator Right-click the BDO shortcut or .exe file > Properties > Compatibility > Check "Run this program as an administrator". Close Background Applications Some programs (e.g., overlays, antivirus, Discord) can interfere. Disable Discord overlay, GeForce Experience overlay, or MSI Afterburner. Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall (add BDO to exceptions if needed). Adjust In-Game Settings Lower graphics settings (especially if overheating occurs). Disable Fullscreen Optimizations (Right-click BDO.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Check "Disable fullscreen optimizations"). Try Fullscreen instead of Windowed/Fullscreen Windowed. Check for Overheating Use MSI Afterburner or HWMonitor to check CPU/GPU temps. Clean dust from fans and ensure proper cooling. Reinstall EasyAntiCheat (EAC) BDO uses EAC, which can sometimes cause crashes. Navigate to: C:Program Files (x86)EasyAntiCheat Run EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe > Repair. Reinstall the Game If crashes persist, a clean reinstall may help. Check Windows Updates Open Windows Update and install the latest patches. Disable Windows Game Mode Press Win + G > Settings > Disable Game Mode. Check Event Viewer for Crash Logs Press Win + R > Type eventvwr > Windows Logs > Application. Look for errors related to BDO or EasyAntiCheat. Contact Support If the issue persists, contact: Pearl Abyss Support: Official Support Page Steam Support (if using Steam version). Let me know if you need further help!

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
