Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Here is a comprehensive overview of the most impactful Artificial Intelligence (AI) business tools currently available, categorized by business function. The key trend in 2024-2025 is the move from standalone "AI toys" to integrated "AI agents" that are embedded directly into the software you already use (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.). Productivity & Office Suites (The New Standard) These are the most impactful because they are already in your workflow. Microsoft 365 Copilot: (30/user/month add-on). Integrated into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. - Do: Summarize a Teams meeting, draft an email from a OneNote page, analyze a PivotTable in natural language, create a presentation from a PDF. Google Duet AI (for Workspace): (30/user/month). Integrated into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Meet. - Do: "Help me write" a professional reply in Gmail, generate images in Slides, take meeting notes in Meet, generate formulas in Sheets. Notion AI: (10/user/month). An AI layer on top of a popular wiki and project management tool. - Do: Summarize long meeting notes, translate a project brief into action items, brainstorm titles, generate product roadmaps. Customer Support & Sales (The ROI Heavyweights) These tools pay for themselves by reducing human workload and increasing conversion rates. Chatbots & Helpdesk: - Intercom Fin: An AI agent that answers common support tickets using your knowledge base. Resolves 50%+ of queries instantly. - Zendesk Answer Bot: Embedded in the ticketing system to suggest replies to agents. - Crisp: AI-powered chatbot with a "No-Code" workflow builder for complex FAQs. Sales & CRM Tools: - Salesforce Einstein: AI that predicts which leads are most likely to close, recommends next steps, and generates personalized emails. - HubSpot Breeze: AI-powered content assistant and lead scoring built into the HubSpot CRM. - Gong / Chorus: (Revenue Intelligence). Records and analyzes sales calls. It tells you why your team won or lost a deal by analyzing talk-to-listen ratio, objections, and competitor mentions. Outreach & Personalization: - Apollo.io: AI-driven lead database and engagement platform. Finds emails and automates multi-channel sequences. - Mutiny / Intellimize: AI website personalization. Shows different headlines and CTAs to different visitor segments based on their industry or behavior. Marketing & Content Creation (The Speed Multipliers) Content Writing & Strategy: - Jasper AI: Excellent for brand voice consistency. Generates long-form blog posts, ads, and social media copy. - Copy.ai: Best for short-form copy (emails, product descriptions, taglines) and workflows. - Surfer / Frase: SEO-focused AI. Analyzes top-ranking pages and suggests keywords, headings, and structure for your new article. Image & Video Generation: - Midjourney: The standard for high-quality, artistic images. Best for advertising visuals and concept art. - DALL-E 3 (via ChatGPT Plus): Best for accurate text rendering (logos, menus) and following complex prompts. - Runway Gen-2 / Pika Labs: Text-to-video generation. Create short marketing clips from a text description. - Canva Magic Studio: AI features embedded in Canva (Magic Eraser, Magic Edit, Text-to-Image). Best for non-designers. Data & Analytics: - Adobe Sensei: AI inside Adobe Experience Cloud for predicting customer churn, optimizing ad spend, and generating personalized content at scale. Operations & Data Analysis (The Hidden Efficiency Gains) Document & Data Parsing: - Rossum / Hyperscience: AI that "reads" invoices, purchase orders, and complex PDFs and extracts data into Excel/ERP with 99% accuracy. - Docsumo: Extracts data from ID cards, bank statements, and contracts. Business Intelligence (No-Code Analytics): - Tableau Pulse: AI-powered insights that explain why a metric changed in plain English. - ThoughtSpot: "Search-driven analytics." You type a question like "Show me sales by region for last quarter" and it builds the visualization automatically. Project Management: - Asana Intelligence: AI features like "Smart Status" (summarizes project progress), "Goals suggestions," and "Work load balancing." - Linear AI: (For engineering teams). Automatically writes technical tickets from a user story. Finance & Legal (The Compliance Pillars) Finance: - Vic.ai: Automated accounts payable. It learns a company's accounting rules and automates invoice coding and approval. - Brex / Rho AI: Corporate credit cards that use AI to categorize expenses and flag potentially fraudulent spending. Legal: - Harvey AI: The most advanced AI for law firms (uses GPT-4 + legal fine-tuning). Drafts contracts, performs due diligence, and answers complex legal questions. - Ironclad: AI-powered contract lifecycle management. Auto-generates NDAs and identifies risky clauses. Specialized Industry Tools (Niche but Powerful) HR & Recruitment: - HireVue / Pymetrics: AI-driven video interviews that assess candidate traits and skills. - Textio: AI that analyzes your job descriptions to remove biased language and write higher-performing listings. Software Development: - GitHub Copilot: The gold standard. Code suggestions inside VS Code. - Cursor: A code editor built for AI. You can ask it to "refactor this code to use React hooks" and it does it. - Sourcegraph Cody: AI that understands your entire company codebase, not just the file you're editing. Your Action Plan (How to Choose) Don't just buy the "best tool." Buy the tool that solves a specific pain point. Audit your bottlenecks: - Problem: "We spend 2 hours a day replying to the same FAQ questions." Solution: Intercom Fin or Zendesk Answer Bot. - Problem: "Our sales team makes the same mistakes every call." Solution: Gong. - Problem: "We can't find data in our spreadsheets." Solution: Microsoft Copilot or Tableau Pulse. Start with Embedded AI: Before buying a new tool, check if the software you already use has AI features. (e.g., Gmail Smart Compose, Notion AI, Salesforce Einstein). The "One Tool" Rule: Pick one core area (e.g., customer support or sales outreach) and master one AI tool. Don't try to use 10 different AI tools at once; you'll create chaos. Prioritize Security: For business data, avoid free consumer-grade tools (like generic ChatGPT). Use the enterprise versions (ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot) that guarantee your data is not used for training the models. The Future: AI Agents The next wave (starting late 2024) is AI Agents. These are not just tools that answer questions; they can perform autonomous tasks. Example: You tell an AI agent: "Find the cheapest flights to London next month for the team and book them." Tools to watch: AutoGPT, GitHub Copilot Workspace (writes a full pull request for you), Adept AI (controls your browser to do tasks like data entry). Summary: Don't fear AI. Treat it as a second brain for your staff that never sleeps, never complains, and works instantly. The businesses that win in the next 5 years will be those that most effectively integrate these tools into their daily workflow.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
