ai tool workshop
This is a great topic. An "AI Tool Workshop" can be structured in many ways, from a corporate training session to a creative hackathon or a student introductory class. Since you haven't specified a particular audience or goal, I'll provide you with a comprehensive modular workshop blueprint. You can pick and choose the modules and tools that best fit your needs. Workshop Blueprint: "AI in Action: From Prompt to Product" Goal: To move beyond the hype and provide hands-on experience with practical, current AI tools for productivity, creativity, and analysis. Target Audience (Adjustable): Beginners: No prior AI experience. Focus on basics and "wow" factor. Intermediate: Some experience with ChatGPT. Focus on workflow integration and advanced techniques. Advanced: Developers or power users. Focus on APIs, custom GPTs, and automation. Duration: Flexible (2 hours to full day) Core Modules (Pick & Choose) Module 1: The Foundation - Prompt Engineering 101 (30 mins) Objective: Understand how to talk to AI effectively. Key Concepts: Role prompting, context setting, iterative refinement, output formatting. Hands-On Exercise: - Bad Prompt: "Write about AI." - Good Prompt: "Act as a marketing manager for a tech startup. Write a 200-word LinkedIn post explaining the benefits of AI for small businesses. Use a professional but encouraging tone. Include a call to action asking for comments." Tool: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Module 2: Content & Creativity Booster (45 mins) Objective: Use AI to overcome writer's block, generate ideas, and create multimedia content. Hands-On Exercises: 1. Writing & Brainstorming: Use Claude or ChatGPT to create 10 blog post titles, an email newsletter draft, or a social media calendar for a fictional brand. 2. Image Generation: Use Midjourney (via Discord) or DALL-E 3 (via ChatGPT Plus). Prompt: "A photorealistic image of a cozy futuristic library on a cloud, cinematic lighting, 4k." 3. Presentation Creation: Use Gamma.app or Beautiful.ai to generate a presentation from a simple text outline. Tool Set: ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney/DALL-E 3, Gamma.app. Module 3: Data & Research Power-Up (45 mins) Objective: Learn to analyze data, summarize information, and conduct research faster. Hands-On Exercises: 1. Data Analysis: Upload a simple CSV (e.g., sales data) to ChatGPT (Code Interpreter/Advanced Data Analytics). Ask it to "Find trends, create a bar chart, and give me a 3-bullet summary of the key findings." 2. Research & Citations: Use Perplexity AI to research "The latest trends in renewable energy in 2024." Compare the results and citations to a standard Google search. 3. Document Summarization: Upload a long PDF (e.g., a research paper or annual report) to Claude or Notion AI. Ask for a one-page executive summary. Tool Set: ChatGPT w/ Data Analysis, Perplexity AI, Notion AI. Module 4: Workflow & Automation (45 mins) Objective: Connect AI tools to automate repetitive tasks. Hands-On Exercises: 1. Meeting Assistant: Use Otter.ai or an Teams/Zoom AI transcription tool to transcribe a meeting. Then, use ChatGPT to extract action items and a summary. 2. Email Integration: Use Spark Mail or Shortwave (with AI features) to draft replies, summarize long email threads, or prioritize the inbox. 3. No-Code Automation (Advanced): Use Zapier or Make to create a simple automation: "When a new file is added to this Google Drive folder, have ChatGPT summarize it and email me the summary." Tool Set: Otter.ai, Zapier/Make, Spark Mail. The "AI Tool Workshop" Toolkit (Quick Reference) Here is a categorized list of tools you can feature: For Text & Ideas ChatGPT (OpenAI): The all-rounder. Great for brainstorming, drafting, coding. Claude (Anthropic): Excellent for long documents, analysis, and safe, nuanced conversations. Gemini (Google): Best for integrating with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail). Perplexity AI: The research assistant. Provides answers with real-time citations. Notion AI: AI integrated directly into notes and wikis. For Images & Design Midjourney: The creative powerhouse for stunning art and design. DALL-E 3 (in ChatGPT): Great for following complex prompts and generating text within images. Canva AI (Magic Studio): For non-designers to create presentations, social media posts, and videos quickly. Adobe Firefly: Generative AI for photos, vectors, and design. For Video & Audio Synthesia: Create AI avatars for video presentations (just type a script). ElevenLabs: Hyper-realistic AI voiceovers and audio dubbing. Descript: AI-powered video and audio editing (edit audio like a text doc). For Productivity & Data Otter.ai / Fireflies.ai: AI meeting notes and transcription. Gamma.app / Beautiful.ai: AI presentation generation. Zapier / Make (Integromat): Connect apps and automate workflows with AI steps. NotebookLM (Google): A personalized AI research assistant that can use your own documents and notes. Sample Workshop Agenda (3-Hour Session) Time Activity Tool 0:00-0:15 Welcome & The State of AI (What is Generative AI?) N/A 0:15-0:45 Module 1: The Prompt is King (Role, Context, Iteration) ChatGPT 0:45-1:15 Module 2: Content Creation Sprint (Blog posts, images, presentations) ChatGPT + Gamma 1:15-1:30 Coffee Break & Discussion N/A 1:30-2:00 Module 3: Supercharge your Research (Data analysis & citations) Perplexity AI + ChatGPT 2:00-2:45 Module 4: Build Your Own Automation (Zapier + AI) Zapier 2:45-3:00 Q&A & Next Steps (Ethics, Limitations, Future) N/A Pro-Tips for Running the Workshop Have a "Doom & Gloom" Bucket: Address fears of job loss and ethical concerns head-on. Show how AI is a tool that augments humans, not replaces them. Focus on "Before & After": Show a task done manually (e.g., researching for 30 mins) vs. done with AI (3 mins). The time saved is the biggest selling point. Emphasize "Garbage In, Garbage Out": The AI is only as good as the prompt. Run multiple bad prompts to show how the output fails, then refine together. Hands-On, Hands-On, Hands-On: Avoid long lectures. Every 15 minutes of talking should be followed by 15 minutes of doing. Create a "Toolkit Cheat Sheet": Give participants a one-page PDF with the tool names, URLs, and a simple prompt template for each. Acknowledge Limitations: Be honest about hallucinations, biases, and the cost of premium tools. Build trust. Which aspect of this workshop blueprint would you like to dive deeper into? (e.g., "Tell me more about the automation module with Zapier" or "What are the best prompts for image generation?")

Venture into the depths of Azeroth itself in this groundbreaking expansion. Face new threats emerging from the planet's core, explore mysterious underground realms, and uncover secrets that will reshape your understanding of the Warcraft universe forever.
The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
