Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Here is a comprehensive breakdown of Glean, the AI-powered enterprise search and knowledge management platform. What is Glean? Glean is an enterprise AI platform that connects to all of a company's internal applications and data sources (like Slack, Google Drive, Salesforce, Notion, Jira, etc.) to provide a single, intelligent search engine and knowledge assistant. Think of it as "Google for your company," but powered by Generative AI. It's designed to solve the problem of "tribal knowledge" and information silos, where employees spend hours searching through multiple tools to find answers, documents, or experts. Core Functionality Glean's main features are built on its ability to understand your company's unique context: Unified Search: A single search bar that indexes and retrieves results from across all connected apps (e.g., Slack messages, Salesforce records, Google Docs, Jira tickets). It respects existing user permissions, so you only see what you have access to. AI-Powered Answers (Glean Assistant): Instead of just showing links, Glean's AI generates direct, conversational answers to your questions. For example: - Question: "What is our Q3 sales strategy for the APAC region?" - Glean's Answer: It synthesizes information from the Q3 planning doc (Google Drive), recent Slack discussions, and a Salesforce report, then gives you a concise summary with citations to the original sources. Knowledge Graphs: Glean builds a unique "knowledge graph" for your company. It maps out relationships between people, documents, projects, and topics. This allows it to understand context. For example, it knows that a document about "Project Phoenix" is related to "Engineer Jane" and "Client X." Proactive Knowledge Discovery: - Collections & Topics: Automatically group related content (e.g., "New Hire Onboarding"). - "Knowledge on the Go": Glean can surface relevant information in the tools you already use (like a Slack bot or Chrome extension). "Ask Your Company" (Chat Interface): A conversational interface (like ChatGPT, but for your work data) where you can ask complex, multi-step questions. Who is Glean For? Large & Mid-Size Enterprises: Companies with 1,000+ employees and a complex tech stack (many different SaaS tools). Remote & Hybrid Teams: Where information is spread across various digital tools and time zones. Knowledge-Intensive Industries: Tech, consulting, finance, healthcare, legal, etc. Fast-Growing Companies: Where internal knowledge is hard to keep up with. Key Features vs. Competitors Feature Glean Traditional Knowledge Bases (e.g., Confluence/SharePoint Search) General AI Tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Google Bard) : : : : Scope All your company's apps (structured & unstructured data) Specific tool or database The public internet Data Security & Permissions Excellent respects user access rights Good within the tool Poor no concept of your company's permissions Context Understands your company's specific vocabulary, teams, and projects Limited to metadata and tags General world knowledge Answer Generation Yes, with citations back to original sources No (just links) Yes, but from public data Pricing Glean does not publicly list its pricing. It is an enterprise-level product. Pricing is typically based on: Number of users (active users per month). Number of connected applications. Level of support and implementation services. Expect to pay significantly more than a standard SaaS tool (often in the range of tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars per year for a medium-sized company). Real-World Example Scenario: You are a new Product Manager at a company using Glean. Traditional Way: You message 5 people on Slack, search through 3 different Jira projects, and open 10 Google Docs to find the "Product Requirements Doc for the login feature." With Glean: 1. Open Glean (or its Chrome extension). 2. Type: "What is the current PRD for the login feature, and what is its status?" 3. Glean retrieves the latest version of the document from Google Drive, notes that it was last updated by Sarah in Engineering, and summarizes the open Jira tickets related to it. Pros & Cons Pros: Drastically reduces time spent searching for information. Breaks down information silos between departments. Onboards new employees much faster. Improves organizational efficiency and decision-making. Very secure with permission-aware results. Cons: High Cost: Prohibitively expensive for small businesses or startups. Complex Implementation: Requires significant setup, integration, and data crawling time (weeks to months). Dependence on Data Quality: "Garbage in, garbage out." If your company's data is messy, Glean's results will be messy. Hallucination Risk (Mitigated): Like all LLMs, it can sometimes "hallucinate" or fabricate answers, though its citation system is designed to reduce this risk. How to Get Started You cannot simply "download" Glean. To explore it: Request a Demo: Go to the Glean website and request a demo with their sales team. Check for Free Trial: They may offer a limited trial or proof-of-concept (POC) for eligible companies. Integrate: If approved, their team will work with your IT department to connect your company's apps (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Salesforce, etc.). Summary: Is Glean Worth It? Yes, if: You are a large organization where employees waste significant time searching for information, and you have the budget for it. No, if: You are a small company (< 200 employees), have a simple tech stack, or are looking for a cheap solution. Glean is the current market leader in the "Enterprise AI Search" space, effectively bridging the gap between powerful AI and the messy reality of corporate knowledge.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
