Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

There are several powerful AI tools for X-ray analysis, ranging from open-source research models to FDA-cleared clinical software. These tools primarily focus on chest X-rays (CXR) for detecting conditions like pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung nodules, and fractures, though some platforms are expanding to other modalities. Here is a breakdown of the best AI tools for X-ray analysis, categorized by their use case and availability. Top Cloud-Based & Enterprise Solutions (FDA Cleared / CE Marked) These are used by hospitals and radiologists for clinical workflow. They are generally not free but are the most accurate and regulatory-compliant. Lunit INSIGHT CXR - What it does: Detects 10 major abnormalities (nodules, pneumonia, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc.) and provides a probability score. It also has a separate solution for mammography. - Why its notable: Very high sensitivity (95%+ for many findings) and a low false positive rate. Widely adopted globally. - Best for: Clinical triage (flagging critical cases first) and reducing radiologist reading time. Aidoc - What it does: An AI orchestration platform that analyzes not just X-rays but also CT scans and MRIs. For X-rays, it prioritizes critical findings (e.g., tension pneumothorax, large pleural effusion). - Why its notable: It integrates directly into the hospital PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) to automatically flag urgent cases. - Best for: Large hospital systems wanting a multi-modality AI workflow. Qure.ai (qXR) - What it does: A very robust chest X-ray AI that can detect 15+ findings including TB (important for global health), fractures, and cardiac abnormalities. - Why its notable: Very strong in tuberculosis screening and low-resource settings. Offers both cloud and on-premise deployment. - Best for: Lung cancer screening programs and TB elimination projects. Powerful Open-Source & Research Tools (Free) These are excellent for researchers, students, or developers looking to build or experiment with X-ray AI without a commercial license. CheXNet (by Stanford / Andrew Ng's group) - What it is: The groundbreaking deep learning model that started the modern wave of CXR AI. It uses a DenseNet-121 architecture trained on the ChestX-ray14 dataset (NIH). - Why its notable: It demonstrated that a single model could outperform radiologists in detecting pneumonia. The code and pre-trained weights are publicly available on GitHub. - Limitation: Requires technical skill (Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow) to run. It's a research model, not a user-friendly GUI. TorchXRayVision - What it is: A library designed to make it easy to load and work with public chest X-ray datasets (ChestX-ray14, CheXpert, MIMIC-CXR) and pre-trained models. - Why its notable: It standardizes the process of running inference (getting predictions) on new X-rays. It includes models for pathology detection, segmentation, and uncertainty estimation. - Best for: Developers and researchers who want a strong baseline model to fine-tune or test. OpenAI CLIP / MedCLIP (for Zero-Shot Analysis) - What it is: Vision-language models that can analyze X-rays based on text prompts (e.g., "Is there a pneumothorax?"). - Why its notable: Doesn't need to be trained on thousands of labeled examples for every single disease. Can identify rare conditions. - Limitation: Still experimental; less accurate than specialized models for common diseases. Specific Use-Case Tools & Platforms For Orthopadic X-rays (Bones & Joints): - Gleamer (BoneView): A dedicated AI for trauma and musculoskeletal X-rays. Detects fractures, dislocations, and bone lesions. FDA cleared. - Techcare Insight: Focuses on lower limb and spine alignment for surgical planning. For Dental X-rays (Panoramic & Intraoral): - Diagnocat: A very advanced AI for dental CBCT and X-rays. Detects caries, periodontitis, periapical lesions, and impacted teeth. Highly accurate. - Pearl AI (Second Opinion): A consumer and professional AI that helps visualize cavities and bone loss on dental X-rays. Popular with dentists. For TB Screening (Global Health): - CAD4TB (by Delft Imaging): A very well-known AI for tuberculosis detection on chest X-rays. Used in mobile clinics and low-resource countries. It provides a simplified "TB score" (0-100). How to Use a Free AI Tool Today (Step-by-Step Example) If you want to analyze a chest X-ray instantly without coding, try this: Go to: Hugging Face Spaces and search for "X-ray" or "Chest X-ray." Find a Space: Look for one hosted by a reputable organization (e.g., a university lab). A popular one is a demo of VinDr-PCXR or CheXNet. Upload: Drag and drop your JPG/PNG X-ray image. Get Results: The AI will output a heatmap (showing where it sees an abnormality) and a list of probabilities for diseases (e.g., "Cardiomegaly: 89%," "No Pneumonia: 5%"). Summary Recommendation If you are a patient: Do not use these tools for self-diagnosis. They can make mistakes. Use them only out of curiosity or with a doctor's guidance. If you are a researcher/student: Use TorchXRayVision or CheXNet (via GitHub/Python). If you are a clinician looking for a workflow tool: Request a demo from Lunit or Aidoc. If you are a dentist: Use Diagnocat or Pearl AI. If you work in public health (TB screening): Use CAD4TB or Qure.ai.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
