Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

There are many AI tools designed to help with interviews, depending on whether you are the candidate (preparing for an interview) or the recruiter/hiring manager (conducting the interview). Here is a breakdown of the best AI tools for interviews, categorized by use case. For Candidates (Job Seekers): Practice & Preparation These tools use AI to simulate real interviews, provide feedback on your answers, and help you refine your delivery. Top Pick for Realistic Mock Interviews: Huru: Creates a hyper-realistic, timed interview experience with a conversational AI. It records your video and audio, then provides a detailed report on your word choice, eye contact, speaking pace, and filler words (ums, ahs). Yoodli: Best for feedback on communication skills. It analyzes your speech for pacing, clarity, filler words, and even body language (if using video). Its free to start and great for self-practice. For Role-Specific Questions & Guidance: Interview Warmup (by Google): A free tool created by Google. It asks common questions for specific roles (e.g., Project Management, UX Design, Data Analytics). It uses AI to transcribe your answers in real-time and highlights key terms (like "user," "data," "system") to see if you're hitting the right concepts. Big Interview: A more comprehensive (paid) platform that combines pre-recorded video lessons with an AI practice tool. It has a huge library of questions and allows you to record and review yourself. For Instant, On-the-Fly Practice: ChatGPT / Claude (Custom Prompts): You don't need a special tool. You can use these large language models effectively: - Role Play: "Act as a senior product manager at a fintech startup. Ask me 5 interview questions about product strategy. After each answer, give me one piece of constructive criticism." - Generate Questions: "Give me 10 behavioral interview questions for a data analyst role, using the STAR method." - Answer Improvement: "Here is my answer to 'Tell me about yourself': [paste answer]. Make it more concise and powerful for a marketing role." For Salary Negotiation & Research (Crucial prep step): Levels.fyi: AI-powered data to see real compensation for specific roles and companies. Glassdoor / Blind: Use AI search functions to find common interview questions and culture fit queries for a specific company. For Recruiters & Hiring Managers (Conducting Interviews) These tools save time and reduce bias by automating screening, scheduling, and feedback. Top Pick for Automated Video Interviews (Asynchronous): HireVue: The industry leader. It allows candidates to record answers to pre-set questions. AI analyzes their verbal responses, vocabulary, and non-verbal cues (facial expressions, tone) to predict job fit. Note: Some ethical concerns exist around bias; use with caution. Mya: An AI recruiter bot that handles the entire pre-interview process. It can schedule interviews, answer candidate questions, and ask initial screening questions via chat. For Real-Time Interview Assistance & Note-Taking: Otter.ai / Fireflies.ai: These are meeting assistants. They join your video call (Zoom, Teams), take transcripts, and create AI summaries of the interview. The recruiter can immediately get a bulleted list of pros, cons, and key skills discussed without manual note-taking. Fathom: Similar to Otter but specifically built for conversations. It identifies action items and highlights key moments. For Reducing Bias & Structuring Interviews: Kandio: This tool helps teams create a structured interview scorecard. During the interview, it prompts the interviewer with the specific questions to ask, ensuring consistency. Afterward, it helps compare scores. Pymetrics: Uses neuroscience-based games and AI to assess candidates' cognitive and emotional traits, bypassing traditional resumes. Ethical Considerations (Important!) For Candidates: Many companies explicitly prohibit using AI to generate live answers during an interview. Do not use AI to generate answers in real-time during a live interview. It can be detected and is often against the hiring policy. For Recruiters: AI tools can inherit and amplify human bias. Always review AI-generated recommendations (like pass/fail decisions) with a human lens. The best use of AI in recruitment is for scheduling, note-taking, and structured feedback, not for making final hiring decisions. Quick Recommendation Summary: If you are a candidate with 2 days before an interview: Use Huru (for mock interview) + ChatGPT (for role-specific questions). If you are a candidate with 2 weeks: Use Yoodli (for daily practice) + Big Interview (for structured learning). If you are a recruiter: Use Fireflies.ai (for note-taking) + structured scorecards (e.g., a simple spreadsheet) + ChatGPT (to write unbiased job descriptions and interview questions). Do you have a specific role (e.g., software engineer, sales rep) or interview stage (e.g., phone screen vs. final round) you're preparing for? I can give more tailored recommendations.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
