Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Here is a comprehensive breakdown of AI tools for 3D design, categorized by what they do bestfrom generating models from text to automating rigging and creating textures. AI is currently revolutionizing 3D workflows by handling the time-consuming parts (UV mapping, texturing, hard-surface modeling) and enabling rapid prototyping for non-artists. Text-to-3D Generation (The Hottest Category) These tools create 3D models directly from text prompts. Quality varies, but they are excellent for concepting and placeholder assets. Meshy AI: One of the leaders. It generates 3D meshes, textures, and even supports image-to-3D. Best for game assets and characters. (Web-based) CSM AI (Common Sense Machines): Excellent for generating high-quality, game-ready 3D assets from text or an image. Known for its "Video to 3D" feature. Luma AI (Genie): Focuses on high realism and radiance fields. Great for photorealistic objects and scenes. 3DAiVerse: Specifically designed for the gaming industry, generating optimized low-poly models for engines like Unity and Unreal. Stable Zero123 / Zero123++: Open-source models for 3D generation (requires a bit of technical setup to run). AI for 3D Texturing (UV & PBR) Manually painting textures is slow. AI can generate seamless, physically-based (PBR) textures instantly. Stable Diffusion (with ControlNet & Tile): The industry standard for high-quality texture creation. You can texture a 3D model's UV map using AI image generation. TEXTure (Project by Tel Aviv University): An AI system that paints 3D models from different viewpoints. Adobe Substance 3D Sampler (AI Features): Adobe has integrated AI into Sampler to generate materials from a single photo and automatically remove lighting. ArmorPaint (AI Texturing): While a manual 3D paint tool, it has AI-driven texture generation plugins. AI for Rigging & Animation (Skeletons & Movement) Rigging a 3D character is tedious. AI can now auto-rig characters in seconds. Mixamo (Adobe): The classic. Upload a static character model, and AI automatically creates a skeleton (rig) and applies walking, running, or dancing animations. DeepMotion: AI-powered motion capture. You can send a video of a person moving, and it applies that motion to your 3D character. Rokoko SmartSuit / AI: Their software can auto-rig characters and use video AI to detect human poses. Cascadeur: AI-assisted physics-based animation. It helps you create realistic poses and predicts the center of mass for natural movement. AI for 3D Scanning (Photogrammetry) Turn real-world objects or environments into 3D models using AI to clean up the data. Luma AI (Mobile + Web): Uses your phone camera to scan an object. The AI cleans up the mesh, removes noise, and creates a clean 3D model. Polycam: Uses LiDAR (on iPhone Pro) and standard photos. AI automatically reconstructs the geometry and textures. RealityCapture (Epic Games): Professional photogrammetry tool with an AI-assisted texture atlas and mesh simplification. AI-Assisted Modeling (CAD & Parametric) For engineering, industrial design, and precise geometry, AI can help generate complex shapes. Autodesk Generative Design (Fusion 360): You input design constraints (weight, strength, materials) and the AI generates thousands of optimized 3D shapes. (Standard in modern engineering). nTopology: An implicit modeling tool that uses AI to optimize lattice structures and lightweight parts for 3D printing. Midjourney -> Blender: A common workflow. Create a concept in Midjourney, then use a plugin like DreamTexture in Blender to convert the 2D image into a 3D depth map or texture. The "All-in-One" / Blender Plugins If you use Blender (which is free), these plugins are essential. DreamStudio: Runs Stable Diffusion inside Blender to generate textures and background images. AI Render: Renders your scene using Stable Diffusion to create stylized, artistic outputs (e.g., anime, oil painting). Better FPS: Not AI, but uses machine learning to optimize your Blender scene. DeepBump: Generates normal, height, and roughness maps from a simple texture using AI. How to Choose the Right Tool for You Your Goal The Best Tool : : "I need a 3D model of a steampunk robot fast" Meshy AI or CSM AI "I have a 3D model & need realistic stone textures" Stable Diffusion + ControlNet or Substance Sampler "I want to animate a character I made" Mixamo (for rigging & standard moves) or DeepMotion (for custom moves) "I want to turn my coffee mug into a 3D digital twin" Luma AI (Mobile app) or Polycam "I need the strongest lightweight bracket for 3D printing" Autodesk Fusion 360 (Generative Design) Important Note on Quality Current AI 3D generation (Text-to-3D) is not production-ready for high-end film or AAA games yet (early 2025). Pros: Unbelievably fast for concept art. Cons: Often produces "blobby" geometry, requires manual cleanup in Blender/Maya, and has poor topology (too many polygons). Recommendation: Use AI to start your project (concept, blockout, textures). Then, clean it up manually in Blender or ZBrush for final quality. Would you like a step-by-step guide on how to use any specific tool? (e.g., "How do I texture my Blender model with Stable Diffusion?")

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
