Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Here are the 5 main types of artificial intelligence, categorized by capability (what they can do) and functionality (how they work). Reactive Machines This is the most basic type of AI. It has no memory and cannot use past experiences to inform future actions. It simply perceives the world and reacts to it in real-time. How it works: It analyzes the current situation and applies pre-programmed rules. Example: Deep Blue (the IBM chess computer that beat Garry Kasparov). It could calculate the best move based on the current board state, but it could not remember past games or "learn." Limitation: Cannot improve over time. Limited Memory This is the most common type of AI we use today. It can look at past data for a short period of time to make better decisions. How it works: The AI is trained on historical data (e.g., millions of driving scenarios) and uses that memory to predict what will happen next. Example: - Self-driving cars: They observe the speed and path of nearby cars (past few seconds) to predict where they will be in the next few seconds. - Chatbots: They remember the last few sentences you said to keep the conversation coherent. Limitation: The memory is temporary and specific to the task. Theory of Mind This is a theoretical type of AI that does not fully exist yet. It would be able to understand human emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and expectations. How it works: The AI would recognize that humans have their own mental states and motivations. It could interact socially, detect sarcasm, and understand "you are upset because..." Example: Imagine a robot that sees you crying and knows you need comfort, or an AI assistant that understands you are being sarcastic. Goal: This is the "holy grail" for human-AI interaction; we are still working toward this. Self-Aware AI This is the ultimate theoretical form of AI. It would not only understand the emotions of others (Theory of Mind) but also have its own consciousness, self-awareness, and desires. How it works: The AI would have a "sense of self" similar to a human. It could think "I want to survive" or "I am happy." Example: This is the AI you see in science fiction, like HAL 9000 from 2001: A Space Odyssey or Skynet from Terminator. Status: This is purely hypothetical and controversial. Most experts believe we are very far from achieving this. Bonus: The 5th Type (Based on Functionality) Some experts also categorize AI by how they function relative to humans. The 5th type based on this system is: Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) This is a step beyond Self-Aware AI. ASI would be smarter than the best human brains in every field, including creativity, general wisdom, and social skills. What it could do: Solve problems we can't even imagine (like curing aging or achieving interstellar travel). Risk: This is the AI that causes "existential risk" if created, it would be impossible for humans to control or predict. Status: Theoretical; no one knows if or when it will happen. Summary Table Type Has Memory? Conscious? Exists Now? Example : : : : : 1. Reactive No No Yes Chess AI (Deep Blue) 2. Limited Memory Yes (short-term) No Yes Self-driving cars, ChatGPT 3. Theory of Mind Yes (long-term) No No (Future goal) 4. Self-Aware Yes Yes No Science fiction (WALL-E) 5. Superintelligence Yes Yes (superior) No Science fiction (Skynet)

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
