40k new world eaters
The World Eaters in Warhammer 40,000 are one of the most brutal and feared Chaos Space Marine Legions, renowned for their unrelenting bloodlust and devotion to Khorne, the Blood God. With the release of the 9th Edition Codex: Chaos Space Marines and their own dedicated Codex: World Eaters in 2023, the legion has received significant updates, including new models, rules, and lore. Heres what you need to know about the 40K World Eaters: Key Features of the World Eaters in 40K Khornes Chosen Berserkers - The World Eaters are melee-focused, relying on overwhelming close combat rather than ranged firepower. - Their signature unit, Khorne Berzerkers, has been updated with new models and brutal rules. - Angron, the Daemon Primarch of the World Eaters, is now a playable centerpiece model. New Codex & Army Rules - Blood Tithe Points A unique mechanic where the more enemies the World Eaters kill, the more powerful buffs they unlock (e.g., +1 Attack, FNP, or summoning Bloodletters). - Faction Traits Army-wide +1 Strength and Attack on the charge, reinforcing their melee dominance. - Stratagems & Relics Focused on savage melee combat, such as "Blood Frenzy" (fight twice) and "Bloodfuelled Berserkers" (extra attacks). New & Updated Units - Angron, the Red Angel A massive Daemon Primarch with insane melee power and resurrection mechanics. - New Khorne Berzerkers Updated sculpts with chainaxes and bolt pistols. - Eightbound & Exalted Eightbound Elite possessed warriors infused with Khornes fury. - Lord Invocatus A new Daemon-mounted HQ that grants pre-game moves. - Jakhals Cultist-style melee horde units that support the Berzerkers. Playstyle - Hyper-Aggressive Melee The World Eaters excel at rushing the enemy and tearing them apart in close combat. - High Risk, High Reward Their rules encourage reckless charges and trading units for maximum carnage. - Angrons Resurrection If Angron dies, he can return via Blood Tithe Points, making him a persistent threat. Lore Updates The World Eaters are now fully dedicated to Khorne, with Angron leading them in a galaxy-spanning rampage. The Butchers Nails (implants that drive them into uncontrollable rage) remain a key part of their identity. They wage war in Great WAAAGH!-like "Blood Crusades", seeking endless slaughter. How to Start a World Eaters Army Starter Options: - Combat Patrol: World Eaters (expected in the future, likely including Berzerkers, Jakhals, and a character). - Angron + Berzerkers + Eightbound for a core force. Must-Have Units: - Khorne Berzerkers (main troops) - Eightbound / Exalted Eightbound (elite killers) - Angron (if playing large games) - Lord Invocatus (for mobility) Strengths & Weaknesses Pros: Extremely powerful in melee (some of the best in 40K). Fast and aggressive with pre-game moves and charges. Angron is a monster in combat and can return from death. Cons: Weak shooting Almost no ranged options. Fragile if caught out of combat (low survivability outside melee). Reliant on Blood Tithe If you dont kill enough, your buffs suffer. Final Verdict The World Eaters are a terrifying melee army in 40K, perfect for players who love fast, brutal, and high-risk playstyles. With Angron leading the charge, theyre stronger than ever and a great choice for Khorne fans. Would you like list-building tips or tactics for them?

The War Within brings so much fresh content to WoW. The new zones are absolutely stunning and the storyline is engaging. Been playing for 15 years and this expansion reignited my passion for the game.
The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
