Fantasy MMORPG PvE Raids Guilds

Of course! Here is a comprehensive guide to free-to-play first-person shooter (FPS) games, broken down by category to help you find the perfect one for you. Top Tier / Most Popular (Highly Recommended) These are the giants with massive player bases, constant updates, and high-quality polish. VALORANT (Riot Games): Tactical, character-based shooter. Think Counter-Strike meets hero abilities. Focus on precise gunplay, strategy, and team coordination. Counter-Strike 2 (Valve): The definitive tactical shooter. Pure skill-based gameplay with an unmatched economy system (buy guns/armor each round). The esports standard. Apex Legends (Respawn/EA): A fast-paced battle royale with unique "Legends" (characters) who have special abilities. Fantastic movement system (slide, climb, zipline) and squad-focused gameplay. Call of Duty: Warzone (Activision): The classic, accessible military-style battle royale. Also includes other free modes like Resurgence and Plunder. Very polished and familiar for CoD fans. Overwatch 2 (Blizzard): A team-based hero shooter. Less about pure aim, more about team composition, using abilities, and completing objectives (push payload, capture points). Colorful and dynamic. The Finals (Embark Studios): A wildly destructive, game-show themed shooter. Teams compete to cash out vaults, but you can destroy almost everything (walls, floors, entire buildings). Incredibly unique and chaotic. Tactical & Realistic For players who want a more methodical, immersive, or hardcore experience. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege (Ubisoft): Extreme tactical destruction. Breach walls, floors, and ceilings in intense 5v5 close-quarters battles. Heavy focus on operator gadgets and strategy. (Has a free version with limited operators, but full unlock is recommended). BattleBit Remastered (Low Poly, Massive Battles): A low-poly, chaotic masterpiece. It looks like Roblox, but plays like the best of Battlefield with 254-player servers, fully destructible environments, and deep class systems. (Not free, but very low cost - often included for its incredible value). Insurgency: Sandstorm (Community Servers): A hardcore, gritty military shooter. Bullets are deadly, sound design is terrifying, and teamwork is essential. You can play on free community servers. Battle Royale Last player/team standing on a massive, shrinking map. Apex Legends & Warzone (listed above) are the top dogs. Fortnite (Epic Games): While known for its building, the "Zero Build" mode has become a hugely popular and excellent pure FPS/TPS battle royale with fun movement and a constantly changing map. PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (KRAFTON): The game that started the modern BR craze. More realistic and punishing than others, with a slower, tense pace. Fast-Paced & Arena Focus on quick respawns, movement, and constant action. Halo Infinite (343/Microsoft): The iconic arena shooter is free-to-play for its multiplayer. Master the weapon sandbox, use equipment, and enjoy the classic "Halo" feel with shields and map control. Team Fortress 2 (Valve): The legendary class-based shooter that started it all. Nine unique classes, timeless art style, and pure chaotic fun. Still has a dedicated community. Splitgate (1047 Games): "Halo meets Portal." It's a classic arena shooter with the added twist of placing your own portals to outmaneuver enemies. Very unique and skill-based. PvE / Co-op / Zombies Shoot AI enemies, often with friends. Destiny 2 (Bungie): A massive FPS MMO with free-to-play access to its core playlists (Strikes, Crucible PvP, Gambit) and the first campaign. The real depth is in paid expansions, but there's a lot to try for free. Planetside 2 (Rogue Planet Games): Not pure PvE, but massive-scale warfare (hundreds of players) on persistent continents. You can focus on fighting AI-controlled enemy bases or join the huge player battles. GTFO (The Rundown): An extremely hardcore 4-player co-op horror FPS. It's not permanently free, but often has free "Rundown" periods on Steam. Intense, scary, and requires deep teamwork. Mobile (If you prefer gaming on the go) Call of Duty: Mobile: Arguably the best FPS on mobile, with classic MP modes and a great battle royale. Standoff 2: A very popular and well-made mobile shooter inspired by Counter-Strike. PUBG Mobile / BGMI: The full mobile battle royale experience. How to Choose & Tips: For Competitive/Tactical Play: Start with VALORANT or CS2. For Fun with Friends: Overwatch 2, Apex Legends, or The Finals. For Massive Chaos: BattleBit Remastered (low cost) or Planetside 2. For Something Truly Unique: The Finals (destruction) or Splitgate (portals). Most are on Steam: Just search the names above on the Steam store. Beware of In-Game Purchases: All these games are free but offer cosmetic items (skins, etc.) and sometimes battle passes. Pay-to-win is very rare in modern major FPS titles; purchases are almost always cosmetic. Happy gaming! The best part is you can try them all without spending a dime.

Great raids, some bugs

The new raid content is fantastic with challenging mechanics. However, there are still some bugs that need to be ironed out. Overall a solid expansion that keeps me coming back for more.
